Needs more maintenance and cleaning, broken shower, broken balcony light and when asked about the light they said they'll see about it but they did nothing, many stains on furniture. Some of the breakfast food was clearly from the day before.
The location was perfect. The hotel can be better but the treatment of experienced staff overlooks other things We had a great holiday with my children and grandchildren. I would like to say thank you to all the staff in the hotel, I think we will see each other again.
This is a mid-range hotel in a very convenient location at the end of Hamra Street. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though average. A good breakfast and evening meal provided. A good location for modest accommodation.
