I read the first reviews and thought I had the wrong hotel, then saw the one from Mel R from Germany and realised I didn't. We had the Royal suite, no idea how they can call it Royal. Hardly bear to sit on the sofa as it was so dirty (see pic attached) I took a lot more pics but...

Great location and spacious rooms with table and chairs, little sitting room and separate kitchen. The service outstanding and the staff extremely helpful. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. In every room something was broken....the TV,the air conditioning system or the shower...It was very dirty....The breakfast selection is very poor there isn't even coffee! We asked for coffee almost 10 times but they didn't bring it! The personnel is horrible!! And this in an 5 stars hotel....I'm very dissappointed!...

Thank Mel R
