With the hefty $270/day rate the rooms were not sound proofed snd windows are not double glazed. So they charge you for a 5 star hotel rate but the quality was not even 3 star. I recommend for you to just book else where. Espinas Palace Hotel is a real 5 star hotel where you would get value for money....

Stayed here for 3 nights during business visit in Tehran. No restaurant in hotel. Breakfast was well prepared. Sufficient choice. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was good and the airco worked properly. Bathroom well equipped. Good place to stay given the good level of the rooms and the service provided. Good location for trips in Tehran....

Great hotel for short or long stay with all the facilities imaginable in your room....stove, washer, microwave, crockery etc. Surrounded by great shops and restaurants and lovely area to take an evening stroll. The wifi is good although TV channels are very limited. Takes credit cards and hotel is overall very highly recommended

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are large and fully equipped. Breakfast was also satisfying. Just the TV channel selection was below average. And the building construction oppisite the hotel continued at night !!!! Small shopping center 1 min walk away (including food court where you find everything you need at realistic prices and good quality). Side street to...

It was our last home in Iran before leaving. And this is by far the best place, the most expensive too. We were given a 2 bedroom suite for the same price. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped, a small balcony, in one word: class 2 steps away you can eat in a food court with at least...

We had a one-bedroom apartment, that, to be honest, surprised us: it was clean, comfortable with a large lounge-room/dining area with a large-screen TV with DVD and music player and the kitchen(ette) complete with new appliances: microwave, cooking utensils and a massive fridge. The room came with a pretty good buffet breakfast served in their restaurant. We put the front-desk...

I am a white South African staying and working in Iran for a couple of months now. Out of all the Hotels I have stayed in Tehran, I can most certainly recommend the Jamm Apartment Hotel. It is by far the best Hotel experience in Tehran. Other Hotels like the Zepher, Malal and Abtin are also nice and enjoyable, but...

I stayed with my colleague at Jamm Apartment Hotel due to a business trip to Tehran. Actually the stay was short, but we enjoy the good service and comfort of the rooms. My colleague got a suite, which is a mini appartment. I got a Single apartment, which was a huge 2-rooms apartment. But both were for the normal standards...
