The hotel is an under middle class hotel. When you will enter the lobby you will realise it. The staff is helpful as much as it is necessary, but not more. The only kind, friendly and helpful person was the bell boy! The breakfast is just ok, only filter coffee and one black tea, but to tell the good things...

No hot water got two days in a row. Elevators very slow and take times to arrive. Two electrical sockets not workings. Now sink plug, so if you fall anything you lose it. Lobby full of cigarette smell. TV channels not sorted some of them no signal. Bedroom view so awful.

Aged, run down amateurish hotel. Not sure how it was rated 8.3 on booking. For the rate I paid i could have stayed in a proper 5 star hotel. Bathroom knobs all broken breakfast was terrible. I would never recommend to anyone.

Good location & reasonably priced with spacious rooms Will stay here again next time Service was reasonable & staff were helpful Suggest a better place be provided for prayer room than where it is now. The traffic in the location is terrible with one way flow taking more than reasonable time, unpredictable I must say just to even go to...

Booked it for the first time. Right at the center of Riyadh on the junction of Olaya Street and Tahlia Street. Place was clean enough but can be better. The bed side tables are a hazard and the sharp corners can hurt your head while sleeping. Rooms are big and adequate but can be better maintained. The breakfast is very...
