I have stay 2 nights on the hotel, overall its less average. Here is pros and cons
- toilets are clean and you can feel hygienic .
- Very old, ordinary entrance and loopy .
The cleaning was not as I expected from 4 stars hotel but the place and facilities inside the hotel was very good
The carpet of my room had a bad Odour and there was noise all the night outside my room
This is a decent hotel at one of the most prime location in Riyadh. Very near to the landmark kingdom tower. The rates are decent.Rooms are ok. The brakfast menu is decent though not awesome. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location.
Too old hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars max. The hotel people are not professionals. Although, it is in a good district (Al Olay ). I do not recommend this hotel for anybody.
Furthermore, it is close to Al Faisaliah and Arriyadh Gallery...More

it started with the reception , i was wating alone about 30 minutes to checkin .(the saudi employe was nice.
