Good points, all the staff bar those on reception who have trouble understanding the basics. Everyone else are very helpful and welcoming. It's cheap, well the roomies, the food on the other hand is out of this world expensive. And that is it. It's cheap because it needs a top to bottom refurb, paper thin walls and beds that are...

The hotel must be nearing its fourth decade of operation. I have recollections of staying there in the 80s. Previoously operated by Rosewood, it was once one of the preferred business hotels in Riyadh, ideally located in Olaya, and with an enviable reputation for service and hospitality. While the staff are still well-trained and service oriented, the state of the...

I first stayed at this hotel back in the eighties, which tells you the the hotel is old and many people might tell you so. However I think evaluation should be based on value for money and in this regard this hotel offers the following 1. Though old it has its own ambiance. 2. Business rooms are relatively well maintained...

Usually I stay in hotels northern Riyadh to avoid traffic but unfortunately those hotel were overbooked and the best availability was at this hotel.. The hotel location isn't that bad and next to a big mall (walking distance) but because of the road construction the traffic was unbelievable. The hotel is old and is under renovation. The hotel staff were...

The hotel is pretty old and is in need of an upgrade. The check in was swift and the receptionist in the evening was very courteous and good to talk to. I was handed over the keys (yes keys, with a key chain!) to my room. It did feel nostalgic, I do not remember the last time I stayed in...

I had very terrible and worst experience with this hotel. I never expected such kind of response from front office team from this kind of 4* star hotel in this regionl. Unprofessional response and attitude was mainly from one guy Mr.Hussain who was there at evening shift. I was on an official trip and every time company is having the...

This hotel is old, but it saved itself with exceptional service. It was one of the few hotels that offered a decent gym, indoor pool, sauna and a squash court. They have simply reduced the rate by 5% and eliminated those features (because those facilities has been taken over by a local ministry). This means that you have only the...

I stayed for several night at this hotel. The rooms are outdated but everything is clean. The breakfast is standard, nothing special. What I liked is the location. From there many good restaurants are easily available (even by food). It is a ok hotel and if you pick it, you do not do anything wrong.

This Hotel is an excellent place to stay. It is very comfortable, has friendly and very competent and considerate staff, excellent beds and bathrooms and delivers in abundance. The restaurant provides very high quality cuisine, a varied and interesting menu, and a superb line of Breads and Patisserie. The daily available Soup and Salad evening meal, available as a buffet,...
