the hotel is near to Haram but lacks basic necessary services.
the staff behavior is bad and rude,if you ask them to clean your room they will shout at you.No electric kettle or complimentary water or anything else.the rooms are very small and is very difficult to survive in them.
the behavior of staff is as if you are staying for free.
stay away from this hotel.

Its a brand new hotel located in Jabal Kaaba area. The lobby area is big with wifi and a huge LCD tv, there are many chairs to cater for arriving groups. Check in counter is manned almost 24 hours, and they are very fluent in Arabic. For non arabic speaking guest, please use facial expressions and hand guestures to make them understand, front desk personnel can speak minimum English.

There are 10 elevators servicing all the the floors. 5 elevators facing one another service even numbered floors and 5 elevators servicing odd numbered floors. The elevators are fast and efficient. For food catering services, they will use the Restaurants floors R1 & R2. Hotel Meals are upon request.

Most hotels in Saudi Arabia will have a Double, Triple or Quad rooms. Sometimes they have 5 beds in one room, but the numbers are limited and upon request. The rooms are carpeted and equiped with LCD TV with remote, two chairs and a small table, centralized air conditioned and ample lighting. The rooms are equipped with wifi.

The rooms are equipped with a safe and wardrobe with hangers. There is also a small food preparation area and a wash basin (apartment concept). The shower and toilets are equipped with hotel and cold water, soap and shampoo, mirrors and towels.

There are small shops near the hotel where you can do your laundry, groceries, ice cream, grilled chicken and many shops selling clothes and slippers.

The only issue is the the distance between the Grand Mosque and the hotel. Walking will take you about 15 to 20 minutes to the Mosque. If you use the shuttle service from the hotel it will take you between 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the route and traffic conditions. Sometimes the drivers will stop at the other Deafah group of hotels to pick up passengers or dropping off passengers. My advice is for the guest to take the shuttle to the mosque and for the return section, if you are strong enough, you can walk (put on the facial mask if you want to walk). Sometimes it will take between 15 to 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick up at the Mosque.

The pick up point from Al Haram is quite far. I would not recommend this for people who are traveling with children or elderly people, in case they miss the shuttle services, they might need to walk about 15-20 minutes. There’s construction going on next to the hotel so it will be a bit noisy at night. the beds are quite small. If you take shower long, you might experience flood in the bathroom. The hotel uses mostly golf cars as a shuttle service, the drivers sometimes drop you on the hill station near Al Haram, some times down hills which needs to walk about 10 minutes up to the hill then to Al Haram, however the hotel is cheap compare to other and best one in that area with similar facilities.

As I understand the hotel is located in the area Jarwal Tayseer. When my arrival in late December, the hotel is still in a state of well-maintained.

Available at the lobby coffee shop with a variety of espresso Turkish coffee. And also available booth perfume seller.

For mobility from the Sacred Mosque to the hotel they provides a 24-hour shuttle bus. There is two option with Saptco bus Ghaza terminal and Coaster at the end of Jabal Ka'ba street.

We stayed after ramadaan. Very neat hotel with small kitchenette. Do u can warm or cook your own meals. Only problem is no big freezer to store your food as we take our meals with us.
Shuttle service to the haram is good but drops you at new haram entrance so it about 700m walk to kabah area.
For elderly and small kids it difficult.
Good wifi in rooms.
Overall a decent place with good rates.

5 mins drive from Al Masjid Al Haram, this hotel is on Al Taseer Road. They have regular shuttle service to Al Haram. There are many shops arounds and a departmental store just outside the hotel. Food is also good.

I had a reservation #1804746593 from 22nd of march to 24 of March 2018, It was free cancellation and i did cancel a week before the deadline, however the hotel charged the money as per booking I was supposed to be refunded in 15 days, however after a month I called the hotel and they said they can't refund the money!!!
So please take care from the free cancellation as some hotels like this one tend to violate it

we stayed in this hotel in December 2017. we went for Umrah. we had a family room. this hotel has shuttle service which runs 24hrs but you won't find it only when there is Azaan and namaz time, means if you need shuttle to go to Haram then at least 10 mnts before Azaan time be outside the hotel. it takes 4 to 5 mnts in shuttle to go to Haram.
