Stayed for 11 nights during Christmas holidays. After arriving no staff would assist us in bringing our luggage inside the lobby. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING STAFF despite being asked several times by myself, my wife and the taxi driver to take the luggage in, just ignored us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF stood as they watched a young child and a women drag 8 pieces of heavy luggage in to the hotel.
AWFUL STAFF with an absolute DIRTY ATTITUDE would not even look at us, and after asking a few times and realising we were from England they started speaking to us, and eventually gave our 2 rooms.
Despite HORRIBLE DISGUSTING STAFF this is a good hotel. If you are looking for a posh hotel then this is not the place for you, but if your just looking for somewhere to stay and your main reason is to to spend time in Haram, then this is a very good hotel, especially for how much you pay compared to other hotels around Haram.
Despite saying everywhere that there is no WIFI in rooms there is fantastic WIFI available in rooms, very good WIFI connection on our 8th floor.
Haram is around 9 minutes walk which is not to bad keeping in mind the price you pay.
Masjid e Haram Adhaan can also be heard from your hotel room which is a plus point.
Lifts can be an absolute nightmare especially around salah times, can get very very busy.
A nice small shop downstairs which has everything you need for very reasonable prices, things can be bought and cooked upstairs as this hotel has a very useful kitchenette.

This Hotel located about 800 mtrs of haram on Ajyad street with 22 stories having around 500+ rooms. But services are too poor. further avoid sharing your credit card directly or through any booking portal, they will charge your card immediately. the Egyptian staff spoiled the hotel.

The distance from the Haraam Sharif is a good 10 minutes walk. Distance reasonable for youngsters not for elderly as my grandma found it difficult to walk up due to the road being uphill. Hotel standard is basic. Stayed for 4 days and had only 1 room service.

Nice hotel at distance of approx 1 kms. Its on slightly elevated slope amd most of tour planners book hotrls in this region, 5 bedded shared room but with minimum spacing makes the room conjusted.for young ppl who can walk to and fro hotel thrice a day,its good.but for age ones need to book taxi.food served is as per the tour planner which is good but one need to be back to hotel on timing for food else you miss it.

hotel located not very near to haram, its approx 1 km walking, but the location is on the hill, hence walking does drains the person. if you are driving wheel chair for old person, it would definitely exhaust you out. hotel services could be made good, such as water bottles in rooms, house keeping daily, etc. overall a pleasant stay for 7 days with group package.

A hotel that provides you with the worst experience of your life. Poor services. Narrow rooms. You can even hear your neighbors snoring and other sounds from the bathroom. Few and broken elevators. It only works if it is in a required area. Worse than that is the Egyptian manager who curses and beats the workers. It is a center for insulting people. I seek refuge in God, as if it is a nightmare.
