This is a small hotel but condition is tip-top. Very near to Masjid ul haram. It is 5 mnts walking distance from King Abdul Aziz (No-1) gate of Qaba sharif or Masjid Ul haram. People who are interested to stay close to qaba can stay here with medium range of rent. We stayed here during Hajj 2014 for 23 days. This is good for sub-continental guests.

Nothing much to complain because I'm aware of the hotel status. Our room for 4 person was very small but I don't mind because most of the time we were spending our time outside. What good about this hotel is it is close to everything, close to Masjidil Haram and shops...very convenient. The shops even open 24 hours...so u can always check out for food, souvenir items, and all local products at any time. I love the environment around this hotel. Hotel staffs were helpful and I don't mind if they were ignoring the residents sometimes because this hotel is very busy, people come and go almost every day.

this hotel is located about 15 min from the haram. other than the man at the reception being nice and polite, there is nothing good about this place. the room was very small with two narrow beds and no chair or table. I had to ask twice for one and it was very difficult to fit in even the little round table they gave me(I needed it keep the food I was eating). the bathroom was very small and no place to keep the soap/shampoo in the shower. the little tv had no English channels. I had to keep everything (my bag and stuff) on one of the beds, which were very narrow(they say in the booking 35-51" wide; I might have got the 35" one). the window opened to a dark space and a wall about 2 ft. away with some drain pipes and an electrical cable. I stayed there for several days and yet no one came to change the linen or throw garbage out.

for the facilities they are giving, it is a highly priced place. in other words, for the amount that I paid, I could have got a much better and comfortable place.

on the way to haram, there are some shops, one or two small take out restaurants, a juice place and an ice cream shop.

on an overall basis, I wouldn't stay here if I could help it.

Small hotel, unreasonably high price for offered service. Box room for two, not clean bathroom, very low soundproofing (heard all neighbours).
Reception staff wasn't very helpful (speaks mostly only Arabic). Wi fi weak.
only plus (probably, the main reason): very close to Masjid Al Haram.
No parking area for the hotel
