The location is about 500 meters from the holy mosque. The facilities very minimum & its barely a one star hotel. its clean hotel but the room is tiny & the beds even tinier. I am 5'8 and my foot are hanging off the bed. overall its just an OK hotel

Neat hotel but not walking distance from haram. They do have a shuttle service but it drops you at entrance of the new section of haram. Walk to kabah is around 650 meters. Nevertheless it's a neat clean place to stay.

The hotel wasn't good. There was no employee's when we first arrived to the hotel. There is no restaurant avalible in the hotel. The room was so small, it was 3*3 m with 4 beds 😁. They gave us only one key card for the room. There is no parking. It wasn't clean because the blankets was dirty. It is near to Haram about 500 meters away. I think it doesn't deserve 3 stars.

Hotel is dated and not exactly clean.
Rooms are tiny and beds very uncomfortable.
Service non-existent.
Only good for location. Reasonably close to Haram. And there is free Wifi.
So if you need a cheap place overnight to leave your luggage (there is no safe) whilst you do Umrah, and there is no alternative, you should still reconsider whether you want to stay here.

I didn't like anything about the hotel because when I reached there as per my booking time, the hotel was closed. I mean literally shut down for maintenance / renovation. After waiting for 10 mins a receptionist came out and informed that the property is closed. There was no intimation given to us by the property. Worst part, I had to find another hotel at that very moment to settle my and my friend's family. Very unprofessional of them. Not recommended at all.

Even though the room is small, it is enough for a short break while waiting for prayers at the Al Haram Mosque. The distance is around 500 meters to the mosque via the Zam Zam tower. Typical Indonesian food with a 24 hour kitchen. Want fresh water, juice, coffee, tea, chocolate available.

From hotel it's 1.4km. If you use the shuttle service. You will still walk about 700m into Haram
