I stayed there for 2 days there when I went for umrah. Overall good hotel, nice and clean room with good room service. About food I found average but acceptable. Best thing is that Haram is on walking distance.

We booked a suite at Le Meridien and, as our first stay with this hotel, what a wonderful experience. Great location - only a short walk to Masjid Al Haram and surrounded by gift shops, barbers, pharmacy’s, and good kiosks. Great service - from arrival to departure Great dining - the breakfast on the 21st floor offered a delightful range of good quality meals Excellent room servicing - unlike other hotels in the area, the room servicing is punctual and flexible... and above all the guys do come round to clean and service the room. Thank you to all the staff at Le Meridien, you are a credit to the brand. Will most definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Le Meridien is one of good Hotels at walking distance (3,4 mins walk from King Abdul Aziz Gate ). Rooms are spacious and clean, lifts are also good. You can easily find lift, there are no long queues to wait. Breakfast is really good. It is one of good options if you are looking for something at walking distance from Haram , within reasonable budget. Staff is also good and can speak English easily.

The hotel is located just opposite the Grand Mosque with partial view of the pillars from some rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Service was not up to the mark for a Meridien. The check out staff do not co-operate. My hair dryer was broken but it was not fixed even after 2 days of stay and i had to be without it. Surrounded by malls and market. Good hotel if you dont want to walk a lot.

Looking at the hotel, one would not think that this place is anything but regular. That impression changes the longer we stayed as the warmth and friendliness of our staff started to shine through. During the Hajj the hotel was filled with people of all kinds. Many very nice but some guest aren't used to modern social etiquette. The staff came to our rescue and I was very surprised at the level of service they displayed making our stay better, and better it was. From the house keeping, restaurants and the front desk all are magnificent and should be the standard all others should aim for. Congratulations.

The hotel was the best, but right now is not. Old furniture and I advice to renovate all furniture and decoration to be suitable for the brand Le Meridian series and also to be competitive with the other 5 starts hotels. The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Service and receptionists are professional. Location is close to haram. There are no car parking. No shuttle buses to nearby car parking. Am not going to back to this hotel in future because you can find better than it

Room was clean and food was good. All taken care of. Just focus on purpose of our trip, Umrah and prayers at Masjhid Al-Haram. Azan can be heard inside of room, volume adjustable. Masjhid is just 5 minutes walk. Nearest is the ramp to Maataf. Quick way to mosque and back to Hotel. Surrounding hotel were many shops that fulfill your needs, ice-cream, barber, mini marts. But laundry cost is expensive. Suggest u visit shopping mall for alternatives. Would love to re visit there again.

This hotel is well located a five minute brisk walk to the Haram. Rooms adequately clean . Unfortunately we booked a triple bed Room for three adults and we got two single beds and one camp bed. Not very practical for an adult . Disappointing to say the least. Breakfast is the most welcoming meal other meals are mediocre. Reception staff appear indifferent but the switchboard was very helpful. Foyer pleasant in appearance Lifts plentiful .
