The hotel was very close to masjid al Haram, just 6-7 mins walk during quiet times, at busy times can take 10 mins. There is a good shopping mall next door to the hotel which has good food shops upstairs too. There is a money...More

Was forewarned that to be in KSA performing umrah or Haj, one needs to be really patient. With our relatively cheap umrah package, I was expecting real dropdead low baseline quality. But turned out that as we paid peanuts, we therefore got treated like monkeys....More

Aircon more than 20-30 years old. toilet dangerous as the plugs are so near the bathing spot. can easily get electrocuted while bathing. had to leave within 1 day. totally not recommended. get a hotel thats comfortable if not your stay in Makkah will not...More
