The hotel is outstanding. New rooms and facilities, excellent location, friendly staff, great food variety, near Haram and also near shopping malls and shops. Excellent experience for the family and added value to the trip

Hello. Is this hotel elderly friendly. I will be traveling with an aged wheel bound mother and 3 young kids. How good is the accessibility with respect to lifts and haram. Do we wait long for the elevators? Also, how many levels do we go onto before reaching our room? Doon we only use elevators or escalators as well Thank you

Very good standard! If you have any problems, just Contact the Reception! However rather crowded at the entrance, since lots of people are moving around the Mall and Food Court most of the time!
