We stayed here on our way back from Aqaba to the airport and really liked it. The hotel is neat and clean, and pleasantly decorated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good too. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in the Mosaic City Hotel on our last day in Jordan. The hotel is located in walking distance to the St. John Church and all the other sites. Our room was small but clean although it's a bit out-dated. There is free parking available. The breakfast buffet is good with a basic selection. All in all good price...

We stayed a total of 4 nights at Mosaic City (3 nights when we first arrived in Jordan and our last night before flying out). Both stays our rooms were very clean. We loved having the balcony, especially at prayer time because it was very moving to hear the calls to prayer. The staff was polite, but not very engaging....

Hotel was very tidy, good location, good staff. Wi-Fi worked well, the car park looks like it held about 10-15 cars which is plenty in quiet season, not sure if they have other parking in peak season. Unlike some places we stayed, shower was hot, high pressure, and plenty of hot water ( never ran out). Reception staff were very...

Hotel staff were excellent friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of getting around Jordan. Rooms are generous and bathrooms modern (lighting very dim in bathroom). Has the basics and a vey nice breakfast with great coffee, the best we had during our stay in Jordan.

We stayed only one night at the beginning of our 10 day trip at the end of October. It's a lovely hotel and it was everything I wanted after a 10 hour flight: comfortable bed, and shower! Staff is soft spoken and welcoming. There's a parking lot which was helpful as we rented a car. Madaba is a small town...

Spent one night with an organized group, so cannot comment on the rate. Yet the hotel fulfilled every wish a passenger has about a budget hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. Ditto the publix areas. Dinner ans breakfast were not gourmet but tasty and filling. The service was perfect. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

My family and I stayed at the Mosaic the first two nights of our 17 day trip to Jordan. After then touring the southern areas of Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, etc, we needed a place to stay in the north before flying out. Where to stay? The Mosaic, of course. It is a clean, well-run establishment, friendly, and ideally located...

This aamily owned hotel is very pleasant. The staff is great and very helpful. Rooms are big and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The bar is very nice and cosy. Good breakfast. Only negative point: isolation is not the best, you can hear you neighbours talking and if you are not an early bird, you might wake up from...

We checked into Mosaic City Hotel in Madaba. The hotel is nothing fancy but the staff are fantastic! and breakfast is included – The breakfast is good quality local Arabic breakfast. In the morning we woke up and drove 15 mins to Mount Nebo (Religious site for Moses). Unfortunately, it doesn’t open until 8am! So don’t turn up early like...
