Thank you very much for the kind review. Wish you a pleasant stay in our country for the remainder of your trip.
This place is one of only two hotels in Jerash, so can let its standards slip. The room was c. 1965, with old, crappy furniture and stained linens and bathtub. The pool was infinitesimal, and the buffet dinner overpriced at JD 10.

It is not very convenient walking to the ruins from the hotel. Even though it stands in a very beautiful quiet location with breath taking scenery, it is quite far from everything. It takes 10-15 minutes by (cheap) taxi to the ruins. It could take around 1 hour jogging/ walking if you fancy a hike. However, the road is full of hills. It would be a nice run in the morning going down the hill, but would not recommend coming up - also depending on the weather
