I think that it's a quit nice hotel. It's clean, calm (but not the weekends, because you can hear music from clubs around).. Meals aren't really nice (maybe because of my eating habits).. The staff is Ok, even if they don't even smile a lot ^^ Wifi access was unstable and troublesome at the rooms. It works better in the... More

I was unfortunate as the room that I got has no heater. It was very cold at night. Room size is small but the bathroom is relatively bigger than most hotel of this category. Had breakfast - could do more with the spread, especially fruits. The service could also be better. Had to ask for a couple of times for... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel as part of a Classical Jordan tour with Mercury Holidays. As a place to sleep and have a breakfast and evening meal either side of a hard days' touring it did the job - just! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were given a full meal... More

Rooms are very dirty and house keeping does not clean up well. AC doesn't work and my stay was during the summer. The water is not clean, it had a yellowish color of rust. Definitely would never stay there again.

When we first arrived I was concerned by state of the renovations we passed going to our room. Room itself was fine comfy bed and nice large modern bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable and requests were politely fulfilled. Area felt safe and all the shopping you could wish for on your doorstep. Do try the coffee shop ( for beans and... More

Very far from downtown - do not try and walk take a taxi which would cost 3-4JOD max don't pay anymore. We tried to get an extension for 1 room and they wanted another 45 JOD - no value there so... WE stayed for two (non consecutive) nights in different rooms. The first night was a room at the from which was VERY noisy from the street below until about 3am. The second night was a room at the back which was quieter but had an industrial hum all the time from I think the hotel extractor. The advantage of the... More
