I have stayed one night at this hotel when I visited Amman in 2006. Room conditions and general overview of the hotel was rather poor. Though, rooms were spacious, but equipement and beds were very old. The only good things of this hotel is location and prices.

Basic dorm rooms for 7JD a night including a basic breakfast. The rooms and hostel are nothing special but you can not beat the location. Bathrooms are on the tiny side. The lobby is very smokey with chain smoking employees and owner. For the price you really cant complain.

We stay here, luckily, for only 1 night. We think there was only one other guest at the time, so clearly its not a popular hotel at the moment. The room was very dingy and smelled strongly of smoke, including the towels and bedclothes. We didn't sleep under the 'covers' as they were just a rough wool blanket and a...

Great location, just off the busy main street so that stops it from being too loud. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The day trips they have are also excellent and quite good value for money and also great for meeting other people. The only bad thing I would have to say is the waste paper bins...

We stayed in a double room for 3 nights. The location is great but the rooms and communal areas are not to write home about. On the other hand, the staff is super helpful, they even managed to get us a car in the middle of the night.

Guidebook (Footprint) said this was recommended as a decent budget hostel with spotlessly clean bathrooms. Sadly this must have be out of date. Reception were fine and welcoming (as long as you don't mind continuous smoking), and we used their airport transfer who was pricey but fine and waited for us to come through visa collection which took ages as...

Colder than a fridge. Chain smoking owners. Slamming doors all night. Beds and linen not been cleaned in months. In short. Find another place.

Located in the heart of down town Amman, this hostel is really good value for money if you are on a budget. The breakfast is eadible, but not the tastiest in the Middle East. Staff are friendly and dormitories clean. Do not expect much, except a basic, clean average hostel. If you are a regular backpacker on a shoestring budget,...

20 yr old male travelling with 60 yr old mum. Bang for your buck accom (so don't complain!) Airport transfer was not welcoming and a bit intimidating (and smoking in the van). The hotel is access by a flight of stairs but just off the road parallel to one of the main roads and is really convenient! Breakfast is as...

This is definitely a hostel not a hotel. We had a double room, with an extremely uncomfortable (although clean) bed. Tiny towels - although that didn't matter as it was almost impossible to shower anyway - the shower head being only about a meter high and freezing cold water only. Having said that, it was friendly, and the staff were...
