The staff at this hotel are warm and friendly. No wonder it was the venue for wedding celebrations (complete with bagpipes and drums) on both of the nights we stayed. Helpfulness is the order of the day. In response to notification that the shower was not draining adequately I received an extra two bath mats to soak up the overflow!... More

Stayed for 2 nights as stop over during our travel to Amman and Jerusalem! Great service by the staff - Dana (Front Office Staff) went out of her way to make sure that we were well looked after. Such service makes us new travelers feel safe and at home. Loved the "shish" session and tips - Thanks Dana - you... More

I feel so conflicted having to write this review. Overall, the facility is lovely, and despite with some minor problems with the TV and the Internet, it is nice being in a great area and the rooms are well taken care of. I had great experiences with the housekeepers over the course of my long stay. However, I had such... More

Myself and two family members stayed here for a week during a transitional period in November. Upon request we got upgraded to larger suites on the back section of the hotel where the rooms are more quieter. Very comfortable beds and good quality linens, large bathrooms and overall excellence in hygiene and cleanliness. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast... More

Stayed for two nights at the start of a week long tour. The room I had was fine. Comfy bed, good shower and quiet location. I had issues with the Internet and my iPad and the staff went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. Breakfast was fine and good Turkish coffee available on request. The hotel is... More

I stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour. The first room I stayed in had been refurbished - beds were really comfy and a decent size, bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent. Second room was an old one which wasn't up to the standards of my first stay but I was only in... More

Ignore old reviews the place has almost finished all renovations, has improved wi-fi and other old complaints. As of February there were a few rooms on the first floor that had not been renovated. The renovated rooms have kettles, hair dryers and refrigerators. There is still some problems with the refrigerators being on the same electrical circuit as the room... More

This hotel has been remodeled our room was large and accommodating, with comfortable beds. Stayed for 17 days and couldn't have ask for a more gracious staff - from the front desk to the cleaning staff we received excellent service! The restaurant was good both breakfast and dinner. It was a home away from home!
