The Hotel is located in the middle of a highway, which makes it quite far away to go anywhere walking. The rooms were neat, clean and bright. Bathrooms were clean too. A point of note, is that the entire hotel smells of smoke and there is a distinct smell lingering all around. There is no concept of a non-smoking room.... More

Hotel is tidy and clean. Room are spacious. Service is quite ordinary - tried to get a kettle for my room, but i gave up. Little things don't work - missing batteries from remote control etc. Basic accommodation. Food on the first night was very ordinary, but after complaining the food quality picked up although they failed to keep the... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Nov. 4,5 & Nov. 10, 2013) as part of out tour package with Jordan Direct Tour. I asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that had a smoke smell. In fact, the service personnel had to remove a cigarette tray from the room prior to our entrance... More

We spent three nights at the hotel as part of our Jordan tour. Our room on the 3d floor was clean and quiet. The only problem was complete lack of attention for detail. For example, the toilet seat was not sized to fit the toilet and the coffee maker had a European 2-pin plug, while all the power outlets in... More

First 3 night stop in a touring holiday around Jordan, arriving after midnight which seems to be common as many flights from Europe seem to arrive in the early hours, greeted with orange juice and friendly staff after a long day made a good first impression. Rooms were spacious, clean and (ours at least) not smoky. Showers were fine. Some... More

Stayed here as part of a tour of Jordan. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I didn't notice the smoke smell mentioned by other reviewers. I had rooms 406 and 204. The first had twin beds and a balcony - but this overlooked the busy road below. 204 had a very large double bed but I don't think... More

My partner and friend stayed here in mid May for one night when we first arrived in Jordan as a stop over before we toured around the country. First impressions were great - the manager on shift was excellent and very helpful taking the time to give us quotes for drivers and tours. The hotel though stunk of cigarette smoke.... More

I stayed here at the begining and end of my Jordan tour. On arriving i thought the lobby a bid dark and dingy but the room was nice and clean. I did have a bathroom with a bath and shower, TV, Fridge, kettle etc. The buffet breakfast was basic but ok. The staff were polite and friendly and would get... More
