Taleb's hotel is a welcoming and well-located place to stay in Amman. Right next to the famous King Abdullah mosque, it is very comfortable with spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast spread. But the best part is the wonderful Jordanian hospitality of Taleb and his lovely family - we were even lucky enough to enjoy a performance of traditional Jordanian...

I had half day before my night flight, and my mom was unwell to keep going to explore Amman. So I checked in to Caravan hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating, and it was cheap JD35, close to the grand mosque of King Abdullah, which is opposite to a big church across the street (nice to see them side...

Almost everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. We had made a reservation from booking.com and on arrival we still insisted on looking at the rooms before deciding to stay. The owner of the hotel was extremely professional about this and showed us two rooms, both spacious and clean, one with and one without a balcony. We chose...

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were very helpful with directions and getting breakfast set up early so we could catch our buses in the morning. Lots of taxis pass through the area, and it's close to downtown and other nice areas in Amman.

Owners friendly and helpful. Location good. Room was clean. Can't flush loo paper down hotel loos so has to stay in bin until check out as no housekeeping for 3 nights but probably could have requested it. Fitted bottom sheet of double bed was course (scratchy) nylon and would not stay in place which was uncomfortable to try to sleep...

We chose this hotel because it's a 10-15 minute walk from the JETT station, where we were catching a 6:30am bus in the morning down to Petra. It's a simple, clean, family-run hotel. I would describe it as fairly bare bones and not a place to hang out for hours, but a comfortable and cheap place to sleep. Check-in and...

My wife and me stayed two nights in November. The rooms are absolutely fine, aquipped with TV and AC. Wifi was free as well and available in the whole builiding. Even though there is much traffic in the area the rooms where suprisingly quiet. You may wake up from the muezzin since a big mosque is close by;) To mention:...

The folks at Caravan Hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome in their city. My room was good-sized, clean, had a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The meals were authentic, tasty and generous. Often I came back to the hotel later in the evening and still was able to get dinner. The restaurant is on the top...

The best decision I made about my four nights R&R trip to Jordan in September was to stay at the Caravan Hotel, where I was made to feel almost like one of the lovely family who own it. All those I met were welcoming, and always ready to help. Taleb organised my tours to Petra, Jerash anf the Dead Sea...

I booked the hotel room because it had been selected by TripAdvisor for a Certificate of Excellence for 2016. Off the bat, I want impressed by the receptionist. I did arrive late at night (just past midnight), but the reception seemed out of it, and intent to just order around Joy, a migrant African worker, who he would call in...
