End of December 2017 we spent 2 nights in this hotel.
The first night the heating did not work although outside was 6-7 degrees).
The food acceptable, but not for four stars hotel .We had breakfast and dinner.
The lobby was very nice. Rooms were good and a nice big double sink bathroom. But the service at breakfast was bad. They don't understand English, you would get your juice and coffee and put it on the table, go back for your food, come...More
Comfortable big rooms ( used extra cot, still comfortable; huge relief!!) ; very Good bedding and upholstery ( not premium!) Roomy bath. But depressing lobbies except the main lobby, which looks good ( again, not premium!)

We were picked up at the airport by our tour guide's bus, but I had seen signs of shuttle buses to the centre of town. One of those would probably be your most economical and safe means to get to the hotel
