One of the best hotels in Amman..I enjoyed my stay for 10 days. The staff were so friendly and helpful The hotel is really clean and the stuff we’re wearing masks all the time. The most unpleasant unhelpful piece of lemmon. He is horrible unhelpful & has no idea of hospitality. Think he just does not like humans he does not respond to questions you ask him. He doesnt do what you ask lies so he doesnt have to carry out tasks

Hence, the receptionist is not authorized to change who gets to stay with who in the room unless the change is requested by the person in charge in your organization since they are the party paying for the room. The same applies for "room move" request, which was also another issue that your team faced with Zayed. -On multiple occasions, the use of meeting rooms was offered "free of charge " to members of your team in the evening and for a limited time . The team exceeded the time and Zayed had to ask your team members to leave the meeting room after midnight . An issue that annoyed some members of the team. Came with my friends for a holiday and let me tell you the customer service is horrendous. I’m from the uk and service we received is awful, the reception made an absolute mockery for the hotel , I will never ever come to this hotel or advice anyone to come to this hotel again. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE WORST HIS NAME IS ZAYED, HE SHOULD BE SACKED !!!!

The worst customer service from zayed. Very awkward person. Ruined our stay and we won’t be staying here again. A lot of us stayed at this hotel as a group 20+ people and didn’t show us any respect or hospitality whatsoever.
