Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We arrived late at night and the people were nice. Our issue was around heat and and hot water. After flying over 24 hours to get there and wanting a shower we had to suffer with a shower of Luke warm water and a room that was frigid. The next morning we said something and they told us they would fix it. Again after sight seeing all day, we arrived back to a cold room and Luke warm shower. Each night we tossed and turned because it was February and cold outside and in the room with no heat. Breakfast was fine, the staff was pleasant.

I have had a positive experience. The rooms are clean. And with clean I mean, you can trust to not get weird insects or strange stains in your bed. You can shower but I would suggest to rinse the tub first, just for protocol. I had 1L of water at the ready when I arrived and got another one for free as well later, do check the lids though, as traveller's protocol. The food was trustworthy and fresh and I even had one meal for free from the hospitable crew. Of course the latter does rely on your behaviour, respect goes a long way. Conclusion, for a hotel in the middle east, at a decent price, I have been treated well and did not leave worse than I came. That to me is good enough. 4 stars earned! Leaving one star off for motivation to improve upon what they already do right. The staff was respectful and will help you provided you treat them respectful in return. I would recommend :) added a picture of the meal

There is no way i would recommend this hotel to anyone .
We stayed here for two nights unfortunately
It was where we were starting our tour of Jordan
Firstly it was cold no heating though out the hotel at all
We were shown our room which was average but clean & given a bar heater to warm the room up
Bed comfortable & warm enough
Bathroom was clean had hot water first morning but no hot water then second morning
Only one towel per person & nothing more ……..
The bar was nice but again no heating & the staff had to turn on the gas heater for us
There was limited alcohol ( which we understood being Jordan )
The first breakfast was horrendous . The staff brought out a plate with carrot strips, cucumber strips , tomato & some hummus !!!
Coffee ordinary
We asked for omelettes which the staff were happy to make & were ok
It is in a good position & very close to downtown Amman & close to Citadel , rainbow street & lots of restaurants

It’s a low budget hotel & that’s all it is
Don’t expect anything more

When you first enter the hotel, everything looks normal in the reception, the staff seems nice and friendly and the deco is okay. Once we stepped into our rooms, you just feel the poor deco and design. The rooms were VERY dirty, we were a group of 45 and we all agreed to this. Since the moment I entered the room, the carped was dirty, the shower was dirty, the floor of the tub was very dirty it was sticky and had small things in it, the wall had stains, the bedsheets had stains, the water heater was very dirty on the inside and had old water in it, no tissues, no bin. We noticed money missing in some rooms, and the staff entered the room of a girl without any notice while she was in wrapped in a towel. On one night I lost it (we stayed for 5 night), and I went to the reception asking them to clean the room after I repeatedly asked for it, they said they don’t have cleaners at night, I kept stressing on it until they sent someone from the kitchen, I literally had to teach him how to clean, they did not have ANY anti-bacterials, they only clean with scented soap, and it took then 3 hours to clean the tub and change the sheets. The staff was very very rude and one of them kept staring rudely at me after I told them to clean the room. He would stare at me and listen to our conversations. Additional, we were sitting in the reception and they were rudely staring at us so that we leave. The food is terribly disgusting, and I was wondering how hygienic it is that they sent the chef to clean a toilet!!!!

Do NOT stay at this hotel. It should be closed down as these people have no idea how to run a hotel. There is no heating at all in the public areas. It must have been 10 degrees outside and 10 degrees inside when we stayed! There were electric heaters in the bedrooms which took the chill off but the bedrooms and bathrooms did not look very clean. There was only one thin, dingy towel per person and no bathmat. There was just one coat hanger in the wardrobe. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm. The breakfast was extremely unappetising and eaten in a freezing cold room. A brochure in the room offered a full restaurant service throughout the day but the restaurant was closed apart from breakfast. The Wi-Fi was pitifully slow.
On the plus side two free bottles of water were replaced every day and the TV had international channels. The location is good and this could be an excellent hotel if properly run.

The hotel has no heating system Also lacks of hot water for a shower. The stench of cigarette smoke is horrific. The workers, were nice. It was really cold for the two nights The breakfast is very poor. If you come here during the winter be prepared to wear your ski clothes to bed. It’s cold in the room and throughout the hotel. You will be provided with one bath towel per person. The towel is very dingy and old. I did ask for rug for the bathroom 🚽 and was given one. It has been my worse experience in a hotel from all my travels.

Hotel is more like hostel class . It’s not clean needs a really good scrub out. Rooms are dirty , sheets and bedding suspicious, but strangely clean towels. We were even given a used paper cup and it was picked up on day 2 where we put it in bin and put back on counter. It’s lacking in many amenities but for the country location it was average. The breakfast was awful it was reheated and stale. On the plus side - location was amazing . Defo would not recommend.

I stayed at the signature hotel for the weekend in September 2021, the staff was very welcomed, professional and accommodated. I would like to especially thanks Mr. Saleh abu saleh who was very responsive and helpful on email and onsite. Our flight was delayed and they kindly adjusted our checkout to 5 pm for no additional cost. They also arranged for PCR to be done at the hotel. The rooms was clean, and spacious, with beautiful views of old Amman and a short walk from down town street.
I’m very happy with our stay, and recommend it to anyone is visiting Jordan.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour and we were returning for a few nights at the end of the tour. I booked an extra night at the start without looking at the room. The rooms were filthy, dated, mattress was sagging, bathrooms had stains. I cancelled the extra night a few times over the coming days. The hotel staff were persistent not to refund my money, though I booked and paid via credit card at the reception. Eventually after numerous back and forth, they agreed to refund me through the bank.. its been more than a month and I have still not received a refund. Would caution anyone from visiting this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!

We arrived from Canada in the early evening and we’re given keys to our room. The room did not lock at all. Anyone could enter as there was literally no lock on our door or the door of our son’s room. Our window would not close. The room was freezing all night long. If you closed one side, the other side opened. I almost slipped and fell on the shower flooring. The water came out as a dribble from the shower head. There were no hand towels, only two, dingy bath towels. I am not sure how this hotel stays open except to prey on ignorant tourists. We changed our reservation to stay at this hotel upon our return from Petra. I cannot recommend
