We forward your warm words to our team and we would be very happy to greet you on your next visit to TLV.
Great location, staff really helpful. Nice clean rooms and very reasonably priced. Just over the road from Gordon beach. Breakfast ok if you like bread ! Would recommend staff arranged tours for us and a taxi back to the airport no problems.
Returned 11th November after a 10 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff shops and restaurants. The road is noisy because Israeli drivers have...More

Travel to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv is relatively easy. Distance is not much and you can travel there by car in about an hour. You could book a day tour or you could do it on your own. Public transport in Israel is generally very good and you should have no problem getting a bus to Jerusalem. An organized tour would allow you a good overview of the many sites to see in both the Old City and modern Jerusalem. You don't really want to miss the Israel Museum and the model of ancient Jerusalem. Also you really need to have a visit to the City of David, which is outside of the current walls of the Old City, which are not the same walls as at the time of Jesus. You will have to cost out the prices yourself, as we traveled with a guide for most of our two weeks there. There is a lot to see and do. Best to do your homework before you go so that you see things you want to see but also take in those things you need to see in order to get a better "big picture" as to what it was like there across the centuries. Good luck and have a wonderful time. You may even see that the story is more complicated than you originally thought! All the best.
