Hotel is very tired and should have had a refit many years ago. Not close to international standard probably just four star if that. Service average. However location great being right on the water front promenade.

I was given a room on the 12th floor north. Room was very clean. Smelled fresh. I stayed here for a total of 13 days. Pros: Immediate connection to the beach, marina, promenade, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly. There are 100 items on the breakfast buffet. Great views of the city and beach. Cons: Soda is not included...

Again we spent the first night in Israel at the Renaissance Hotel, Tel Aviv. It is such a wonderful hotel - great staff, pleasant accommodations, and best of all, the best Dining Room in Israel. What an impressive first impression for the tour groups we have led to Israel for many years. As we were there on Independence day, the...

When we first arrived the bathroom floors were filthy. We requested 3 times for someone to clean them. The first two times someone came and looked and left. The third time a woman cam, took one of our clean towels, and used her foot to swish it around the floor. After complaining we were eventually given compensation in the form...

We just returned from our trip to Tel Aviv and the Renaissance. The location is absolutely perfect! The Sea is at your backdoor and the views are excellent! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Short taxi ride to the markets and Old Jaffa. The rooms are very small, but have a great balcony to take in the views. The air...

i have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The staff are generally nice bar one young man at reception. The location is excellent. The breakfast was a great disappointment. A few days prior to Passover there was no bread. The salads were unimaginative and unvaried. The hot food was limited and average. Well below par.

I stayed two nights at Renaissance hotel in Tel Aviv and it was ok. It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't any special. It was easy to go to the beach, since it is on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. It is an good, average hotel.
