The hotel itself was very nice and clean. It is on the beach and I had a lovely view of the beach from my deck. They also had coffee and espresso in the room (though over the week I was there the staff only sporadically replenished the coffee &a espresso) The challenge is it is so far away from Tel...

I came with 2 kids 5 years old, and I must say that after reading some of the reviews I didn't have much expectations but after 2 nights in the hotel, I must say it is really nice and I would love to change back. It's true that the service is not excellent, but eventually you get an answer and...

I am a frequent client of this hotel because it matches my personal needs, mainly the location. It is not a usual hotel because part of the building are private apartments. The hotels suites design is and built as a mini apartments with a small kitchen, leaving less space for the living and sitting rooms . the bedroom is small...

First of all, this is not a five star hotel. It is worn, and the sunbeds by the pool are so worn, you`d have to go "hunting" to find one usable. The overall impression is that this place needs improvement. Several staffmembers didn`t speak or understand English. First meet, was in the reception, with one who didn`t smile, and was...

The hotel has great service, nice people at the front desk always trying to be helpful. The rooms are large (50 sqm) with two TVs, one in the large sitting area and one in the small bedroom. Lots of storage and a full sized fridge. One of the largest hotel pools around (and there were very few people (sometimes no...

We had two deluxe rooms with side sea view. The hotel is actually mixed hotel/ permanent residents and the pool view is the advantage of the resident owned apartments. These pool view apartments can be rented from the owners but don't include cleaning/ breakfast as standard. The rooms are very large but the furnishings are not luxurious. The rooms are...

We booked 2 suites for a family stay in August 2016. While the hotel is relatively new it is already very tired. No way is this a 5 star hotel, not even close. The rooms are shabby and the split of the suite between living space and sleeping space leads to a very cramped space for sleeping. The bed is...
