I had a terrible night in this ho(s)tel..I won't say anything about the old smelly carpet or the dated jacuzzi (almost in pieces).. The only thing I wanted was a good night sleep.. Unfortunately I didn't, as at the pub next door they went on till 2:40..Just be honest on your description.. Don't put just "great location" first because IT'S...

A good location not far from the beach. But almost impossible to find a P-lot - we drove round for a couple of hours. OK staff, but the hotel is run downed - smelly carpet in the room, small and not very clean over all.

This is a small hotel, it does not have a dining/breakfast room. There are no elevators but they are glad to help you with your luggage. In the entrance there is a small corner where they have a coffee machine. The room is not big but it is good. We booked the wrong room because we wanted two beds. Instead...

Small hotel, clean and tidy. No restaurant but you don't need one, there are loads of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Galileo offer free coffee and tea which you can take to your room or enjoy on the terrace. Staff were exceptionally helpful with regard to transport info and printing off boarding passes. Transport links from the hotel are excellent,...

We picked the Galileo hotel as it seemed to be ideally located, and it was. Plenty in walking distance, Old Jaffa, restaurants, bars and the beach. The HaCarmel market is virtually on the door step. The room was snug, and the décor a little tired, but that did not detract from a lovely stay. If you want 5star lux, then...

Excellente location for public transport and night life. Personnel friendly and helpful. But, as other customers observed, the lack of a lift makes life difficult if you have heavy luggage. There's no lobby area or a place to sit. I had my coffee/tea outside the door leaning on the wall. The carpet in the room is old and filthy and...

I led a group of 15 from the USA and arrived at the hotel at about 1 am. The staff was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. We chose this hotel because it was cheap and met our needs for a quick night before we headed out to Jerusalem. Our group of 15 took a 15 passenger bus...

I expected more according to the score they had. However the hotel is really bad. The bathroom was in very bad conditions and the smell was horrible. The customer service pretty normal, I requested a taxi to the airport, the receptionist told me a price and the driver charged me higher. There is no elevator and to get to the...

The Hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is small, clean and great value for money. They do not serve breakfast but there is free Coffee and Muffins. There are plenty of Cafes and Restaurants nearby.

Stayed here on 2 occasions during April 2016, and was very disappointed after reading all of the positive reviews. The location is great (market 2 minutes / beach 10 minutes), the price is cheap and the roof-top terrace is okay....but....the staff would have to be the most unfriendly people I have ever met working at a hotel, the room was...
