Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable, right in heart of downtown so walking distance to many fine restaurants. Also a 10 minute walk to the Old City. But don't need to walk, Tram right in front of hotel and taxies galore.
If you want to explore the heart of Jerusalem, this is the place to stay in.
All the main attractions within 5-15 mins walking, and you also have a main bus and tram station right downstairs.
The hotel staff is warm and will make you...More

This is a fabulous hotel with great staff and not like the rest of my hotel experiences in Israel. The accommodations were fabulous, amenities very nice and very good customer service and attention. Great location too! Would definitely stay again.
This hotel is sparkling and up-to-date. It is within about 15 minutes walking of the Jaffa Gate.Room was very comfortable and well decorated. The hotel restaurant has a great view of the city and seemingly never ending choices of food. You can eat well and...More

There is no Hotel provided transportation. In addition to taking a cab you can get the Sherut which is much less expensive, however it may take a little longer since this service is a van and they wait for 10 passengers and have multiple drop offs in Jerusalem. Average time appx 1 hour.
I am sure if you set it up it would be no problem and there might be a way to do it even if it was not set up in advance since they do have non observant Jews or no jewish employees working on the Shabbat.
