Lovely hotel full of character in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City. We were met and entertained by and completely looked after by front of house manager Sanai. We have never met anyone anywhere in the world who has been more helpful than Sanai.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The building is beautiful. We were really impressed with breakfast - there was a lot of variety (more so on the second day in particular) and it was delicious. Staff was great, Josephine especially.

Great property inside the walls. Close to all the key sites. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair all over the shower and the toilet looked like it hasn’t been clean. Quite expensive hotel!More

Five nights here in single room. Beautiful, great location, very convenient for Western Wall, Old City. Quiet at night. Breakfast sumptuous and authentic. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Hello , It has few steps at the entrance and we also had to climb 3 flyers for breakfast as lift wasn't working.

I spent a weekend in the hotel with family and we ate the Shabbat meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was very good.
