Just an ordinary hotel with average staff. Location is good but plenty of other hotels in the same area which offers better service/ambience/breakfast for a bit more dollars. Room is small with hardly any walking space once the luggages are opened.(1 each per traveller) Piano player is the saving grace. Badly needs a spruce up including the staff (management included)

I gave the Prima Royale the highest score simply because I felt that I got full return for my money, and probably more. The hotel is located in the heart of the western side of the ciry. It is a relatively small but perfect for your needs. Lobby is nice and clean with free internet. Rooms are small to medium...

Stayed here for a couple of days in June 2014. The location is very good, a few steps from the Kind David Hotel, in a good area full of hotels, mansions and diplomatic residences and a nice stroll from the Jaffa Gate of the old town of Jerusalem. The area is safe and measures were being taken during the night...

We stayed her as part of our Holy Land Tour. This place is pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good. Nice ambiance with a piano player. Beds are good, but they are all twin beds. Not good for couples. Nice big bottle of water everyday. Towels and pillows need replacing. Watch out for the housekeepers. They solicit tips. It's very rude....

I stayed here for five nights in November 2014. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was satisfying (except for Fridays…it's the Sabbath, so the food is pre-cooked or doesn't require cooking. This means no toast.) and the gentleman who plays the piano is superb. Dinner in the restaurant two floors below the lobby was good. The old...

Just back from short stay at the Prima Royale. Had a great time there, brilliant location, comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff, especially the reception staff who couldn't do enough for us. A big thank you to Tamar who went above and beyond anything expected of her. Would recommend this hotel and intend returning there in the future.

The hotel is clean and general staff terrific. Breakfasts were fantastic and with a piano player for morning entertainment. The hotel is convenient to all Jerusalem places once must see. Walking distance to great restaurants. Now why am I not giving it a high rating? I had the hotel call us a taxi to take us to Bethlehem thinking this...

Prima Royale offers good service, modern rooms and decent breakfast.
