Small and pleasant hotel for persons who want to visit Jerusalem’ main historic places. 15-minutes walk to Jaffa Gate of Old Sity, 5 minutes to Shlomtsion-str and Yaffo-str – touristic shops, 30 minutes walk by park to Knesset and Museums Area. Tasty and various breakfast. Every day room cleaning with towel change. No Wi-Fi.

Excellent location, great staff and service. Rooms are comfortable. Beautiful breakfast. A terrific property. From now on, it will be my top choice in Jerusalem. Just hoping it doesn't become too popular!!!

This hotel has a few service issues, receptionist (Moshe), hangers for cloths. The prices are reasonable, the beds comfy and the water pressure awesome. We had trouble catching a tour today because when the tour people called Moshe at reception to inquire if a couple was waiting he said no even though we were sitting right in front of him....

We went for a business trip in Jerusalem for a few days and got recommendation about Montefiore Hotel. Wow! What a great value for money! Superb location! Very nice staff! Big enough rooms! And it's clean and tidy! Recommended if you're not looking after a fancy vacation.

We were treated very well, our room was comfortable, quiet. The breakfast food was great. They bent over backwards to give us extra food orders and anything else we might have asked for. We were welcomed as we checked in. Reception was very warm

Nice hotel, located in the city centre not far from the old city. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Located in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. I recommend this hotel. The old city is at walking distance.

a small friendly hotel, well placed for walking the city. Room recently modernised, plenty of hot water and a good choice for breakfast. Exactly what we wanted! Would stay here again. Reception staff superb.

I did not stay at this hotel but off stopped a couple of times to meet a tour and an airport taxi as I was staying in a serviced apartment without a telephone across the road. The reception manager could not have been more helpful. Offered me a cup of coffee while I was waiting for my taxi - remember...

Just one stop on the light rail from the Old City I spent a week at the Montefiore. Very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was excellent. Shops in the area included a small supermarket, restaurants and cafes, clothes and souvenirs.

They refer to this hotel as a boutique hotel, however it is essentially a small, older establishment that is a bit dingy. The location is quite good, as it is near the market and shopping district-- it is about a 15 minute walk to the Old City. And being on a pedestrian street, it was not too loud with traffic....
