I love this place! Lots of rooms. Great for groups. I stayed at the Gloria with my group of 14 college students and they loved this place. Beds are nothing fancy, but a great shower and bathroom. Hotel is comfy. But you stay here for the convenient location. It's just inside of the Jaffa Gate, right across from Jacob's Pizza...

We stayed at the Gloria beginning of August. This was our first time to Israel. The location was within walking distance around Old Jerusalem which was not so nice located near the Jaffa Gate, between the Christian and Armenian quarters, not far to the Western Wall. The breakfast was not good I didn't like the verity and it was in...

Very comfortable beds, usual coffee/tea & TV laid on in the room. Peaceful area and located perfect for viewing Jerusalem city itself. Just around each corner is history, your history lessons from school come alive. Imagine the lanes of haberdashery, etc and eating places all squashed together. I loved walking up & down the lanes and finding out where they...

This hotel was a perfect location right inside the Jaffa Gate, but on a hidden street that was very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean with good air conditioning. The walking surface of the terrace is old and a bit uneven, but the view is fabulous- beautiful both at night and during the day....

A hidden gem inside the old city walls, just inside the Jaffa Gate. A perfect location for walking around the old city. Great service by the hotel staff. Good food (breakfast and dinner), served buffet style. The rooms are a bit small by American standards, but average for this part of the world. Great views of the city from the...

You can't get a better location for this price. Right inside the city walls at the Jaffa Gate. We had a lovely room, the breakfast buffet was nice but nothing beats the experience of being in the old city. We got up early in the morning and enjoyed exploring this incredible old city before the bus loads of tourists arrived....

A wonderful location inside Jaffa Gate, the management parks your car with free parking, arranges tours, hosts a delicious breakfast and rooms are moderate size, clean with nice bath. Nice bar and patio to meet people. I loved the decor, like set back in time in the holiest of all cities, Jerusalem!

This hotel is fantastic. The owners/managers are friendly and unaccountably do whatever they can to make your stay an experience to remember. I take groups to the Holy land and this was my first time at this hotel. Excellent location, staff fantastic. Great atmosphere in this hotel and the rooms were great. We had half board at the hotel and...

Our Biblical study group stayed here in the first week of June, 2013. It's hard to accurately rate a hotel when you have nothing else to gauge it by -- this being our first time to the middle-east. We (not our group) stayed here for about 6 days. The Good: (1) Location is fantastic for walking around Old Jerusalem. Located...
