Very accommodating and customer friendly. Great food too. The service was good and the staff and employees were kind. The location of the hotel was walking distance from most shops and cafes. The four to five days stay was quite memorable for all of us. We even had a private conference prepared for us every early evening before dinner. Thank...

We have booked the hotel directly, but found the offer on booking.com, so hotel gave usbthe same price. The rooms are small and we have had a problem with the lock of window.. There was really cold on the rooms. Good location, breakfast ok..

The hotel is great for a quick one night stay in Jerusalem , it's well situated , clean and well priced. The only disadvantage was the parking which was not well marked, difficult to locate and not included in charge even though I booked 3 rooms for the night.

The hotel seems nice when you enter the lobby. It looks modern, and minimalistic. However when you take the elevatoryou notice that it is quite small. Stayed on the 5th floor. The room is ok. Beds are a bit hard, but there is hardly any place to put down more than 1suitcase! There is no iron in the room to...

Tiny dingy rooms. Unfriendly reception. No extras. Wifi doesn't work. Breakfast is boring. However location is fantastic for walking to the old city and around Jerusalem center. Not bad if you're on a budget I guess but we stayed for four nights and were really sick of the place by the end.

The location was good. However, the room was tiny and had a bad smell. The bed was low and uncomfortable. You don't pay a lot but you really get more like a dorm room than a hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Not all of the staff was helpful when I asked for directions.

Great location, with close accessibility to endless numbers of small shops, eateries, banks, hair salons, bars and etc. Several small grocery stores are located in the same proximity. This is a very affordable hotel for a traveling family or single traveler. A wonderful buffet breakfast is provided every morning. The staff members were always very courteous and helpful. As an...

This hotel has so much to offer. The rooms have been modernized, as well as the bathrooms. However, the queen room I stayed in felt a bit on the small side, but is was very clean and I got a great price, so it wasn't a problem. It is located on Hillel street, which is conveniently situated to the old...
