Very good located in walking distance to the old city. In the same area as other much expensiver hotels. Excelent breakfast. Good size of the room. Although there is a parking facility, there is little space

First of all it's not a non-smoking hotel so I had smell of cigarettes coming from another room. The rooms are tiny. It's half-price of the hotels around but the amenities are less than those nearby. OK. But I am not sure I will stay here again.

Hotel has a wonderful location, maybe the only cheap hotel in the vicinity. Breakfast has exceeded expectations, however room was tiny and very simple. Do not count on reception /concierge services, some of the attendees could not even speak Englsh. Good for two nights on a tight budget trip, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Staff were great! Breakfast too! Such a value in this area where all the other nice hotels are $500 a night. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. Perfect

This is a good choice, especially because of the location. 10-15 minutes walk to the old city. That's the best to mention. The rooms are clean. The breakfasts are nice. The so-called happy hour has a very poor selection. They do not have any bicycles to rent. There is the lobby but other than that there's is no any other...

The hotel reception staff were very helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. My wife asked for porridge at breakfast and the chef made it for her. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff diligent.

Hotel is in a great location. We were on the 4th floor and everything was fine. Breakfast is excellent as are the wait staff at breakfast. Different experiences at front desk, woman extremely cordial, helpful etc., weekend guy not so. Free wi-fi but continually got booted off and had to reconnect.

Really nice little hotel. Comfortable rooms and nice buffet breakfast. Loved the fact that it was close to the old city, shopping and not too far from the market (the Shuk) too. Hotel staff were friendly and great at helping arrange tours, taxis and activities. Definitely would stay here again on my next trip to the Holy Land!!

“It is true that the location is the best but besides that and the breakfast, the hotel does not have much more to offer. The cleaning is terrible. The more important thing in a hotel is the comfort, the bed for two people was not one bed but two beds separated which was very uncomfortable yo sleep with my husband. ”
