Clean and well appointed, great views to old city which was an easy walk away. Breakfast buffet was impressive, we had three rooms and they had modern facilities: very classy! Gym and viewing patio were nice extras

Very clean, modern, great location, wonderful breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great bathrooms with a window. I highly recommend this hotel. The old railroad station with lots of restaurants ("Adom" was an excellent choice) and shops is located only 2 minutes away; many of them are open during Shabat.

This hotel is located about 1 mile from the Jaffa Gate -- perfect. It is quiet, comfortable, clean, the breakfast is the best I have ever experienced, the staff are wonderful. Nael was especially helpful. I would not stay anywhere else in Jerusalem.

Came here on a guided tour and this hotel was pretty good. The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are decent but do have good water pressure. Breakfast in the morning is delicious. Gym is spartan but if you want to have a quick workout it'll do.

Great service (Thank you Noel). Food for included breakfast was amazing. Big buffet with anything you can imagine. Very nice and close walk to the old city ( about 15 min). Lots of restaurants near by. Try Eucalyptus- pricey but outstanding. We forgot to bring electricity converters for the phones and got 3 at the desk. The hotel is a...

Our experience here on Nov 6th, checking in with 2 other couples was a positive one. The staff is well trained and very pleasant and helpful. It is an easy walk to the Western Wall and the Old city if you are in good shape. Otherwise a taxi will get you there very quickly. Two of us walked and the...

This is an excellent hotel. Our room was nice, and I would love to have towels this big and fluffy at home. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good with a variety of foods. I would stay here again.
