Beautiful courtyard and gardens. Very helpful staff. Good simple breakfast. Nice, simple room. Quiet. We were very pleased. Drove past entrance twice as didn't think our car would fit through, but it did!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It is a lovely building in quiet setting - very peaceful ! The room I had was full of character with its stone walls and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good as well and the service is very friendly which is great in a city that does not smile too...

The staff here is super friendly. It's only 10 minute walk to the Damascus Gate if you want to see the old city and all the Holy sites like the Holy Sepulchre, Dome of the rock and western wall. Speak with Shaheed at reception for day trips etc. he was so helpful. Highly recommended. Bring some comfy shoes and 2...

The rooms vary, at the same price, as I could see. it's best to try and find a room on the ground floor as they show some original features of the historical building. Breakfasts are OK but nothing special, but my five-star recommendation is the product of historical ambience and good value considering hotel prices in Israel. WiFi available but...

The Guest House is friendly, quiet and ideal for peaceful contemplation. A shortish walk from the Damascus Gate to the Old City, the location is convenient. An ATM is just round the corner which can be helpful too. The buffet breakfast is generous and a great start to the day. Free wifi throughout is a plus, as are the discounted...

The St George Guesthouse is well located and is a 3 block walk from the Damascus Gate entrance to the Old City. There is a center courtyard / garden with tables and wifi and it was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the mornings and evenings (the daytime was too hot in June). There is an excellent coffee machine...

In Israel with a church tour. We were treated royally and had every convenience at our disposal. Meals were served buffet style with lots of choices. Rooms were clean and amenities were excellent. Staff speaks several languages. Desk can make change and offers lots of beverages. Would stay here again in a moment.

Beautiful gardens and very comfortable rooms. Adjacent to the Episcopal Cathedral. People were welcoming and hospitable. Laundry can be done reasonably by Guest House staff. The food was good. The Guest House is convenient to the Damascus Gate and a wonderful, traditional Middle Eastern market.

A unique hotel, clean and comfortable accommodation with your own church for good measure! The gardens are an absolute joy to spend time in. The staff ALL, from cleaners to chef, take great pride in the hotel and engage with visitors individually. Food is fine and there is a visitors' fridge for your own food. 10 minutes walk to the...

Jerusalem the golden, a place which has inspired pilgrims, whether Christian, Jewish or Muslim, for centuries. There are so many places to explore or visit while in Jerusalem, and a great place to stay, as your base is the St. George's Cathedral Guest House. The rooms are, comfortable, clean and bright. It is within comfortable walking distance to the Damascus Gate...
