If you are looking for a hotel with a high level of cleanliness, I recommend going to another hotel. We booked 3 rooms at the end of August in the new wing when each of them had significant cleaning problems:
Remains of feces in the toilet, hairs in the shower and on the table and lamps, a black curtain with mold, dirt left on the floor under a child's bed, a coffee machine with the remains of old capsules, dust that has not been cleaned, to chain birds on the balcony and more.
The cost of the rooms is high and does not correspond at all to what was actually received. We wasted precious time, lots of anger and nerves during the first day until the rooms were cleaned.
Needless to say, compensation was not received, even though it was promised that there would be such from the managing director.
It's really a shame for me to write such a feedback, the hotel has a lot of potential but we're really not the only ones that this is their impression and experience.

We spent a weekend in Jerusalem with family and children.
We stayed in the old wing of the hotel (one of the rooms smelled like sewage - we were replaced without problems), one couple with children stayed in the new wing - much more beautiful.
The advantage of the hotel is that they also have a large room for a family of four children (double + 3 + baby) - an advantage for large families.
The great attraction of the hotel is the heated countryside - the kids just had fun, we had a very good experience.
On Saturday instead of dinner - we got lunch (we ordered half a penny), because the dining room is closed on Saturday evening.
The location is perfect, a quarter-hour drive from the camp of Judea and the Old City, also in the camp of Judea and the Old City there were many open restaurants and it was fun to travel both on Friday evenings and Saturdays.
The gymnasium at the hotel is not equipped at all - so there is nothing to do there, but because there is a pool - we didn't really need the gymnasium.
There was a show for the kids on Saturday afternoon and a tour - highly recommended. The kids had a lot of fun (the auditorium also requires renovation:)
The food at the hotel was really delicious, although at breakfast the plates of the main dishes were not clean (so we used the plates of the salads)!
The staff is very kind and informative – Corinne was charming in organizing our dining room and family accommodation together.

We arrived at the hotel through friends' recommendations and really enjoyed every moment!
The evening and morning meals are varied and excellent, the staff is helpful and everything is very clean and pleasant.
We really enjoyed the adjacent countryside, and beyond that, the hotel organizes activities for children in the evening such as Komzitz and a baking workshop. We are a couple with a 3.5 year old and a baby and the girl enjoyed every moment.
highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations.

We got rooms in the "refined" area. The furniture in the rooms is very old except for the shower room that I have on a level. The food is Bionic level minus dinner on Thursday. The food is cold selection not large and mostly not delicious (too salty) The breakfast is reasonable minus, I did not encounter a hotel that doesn't serve a vegetable salad at breakfast except for the shower room that I have on a level. What do you expect we cut ourselves in a salad sleeve with a butter knife on the tables? The dinner on Friday is reasonable, noting that the hotel's accommodation is not full so there is no pressure in the dining room.

We just finished an amazing family weekend at the Ramat Rahel Hotel in Jerusalem (we were 19 people--including our married children and ten grandchildren). Located in Kibbutz Ramat Rahel, this full board hotel has outstanding meals, accommodations and pool. Highly recommend for your next family event!

We checked into this hotel for a weekend stay and we were thoroughly disgusted with the facility and the customer service. We had booked 4 rooms well in advance and we had to cancel two of the rooms due to a medical emergency. We offered to provide medical documentation but were ignored when we emailed more than a week before our scheduled stay. When we arrived we were told that we should have canceled the other two rooms since the cancellation I submitted was for two fo the already paid rooms and they were non-refundable. No effort was made to make this right even in the case of a medical emergency. We also found the facility lacking - garbage was left in the hallway and never removed, very disorganized when we went to breakfast and were not allowed to be seated. That took another trip to the front desk to solve. The problem was with their system which evidently was not updated to reflect that we already paid for breakfast. Overall, very unsatisfied. Strongly discourage you from booking this facility.

We booked a room through the workplace and unfortunately we got a room on the basement floor below the lobby floor even though we initially broke into a room on a high floor.
The receptionist was rude and spoke with a threatening tone when we asked for the original cluster.
The room was crispy and unclean, furniture was full and the window could not be opened since the chat covered the window.
Insects in the shower and dust in the walls and some of the workers are not at all kind.

No proper room cleaning for 3 days! 3rd bed in room wasn't made up when we arrived. In fact, we asked them to send up sheets, took over 5 hours and they didn't make the extra bed.
Dining room service was excellent. Pool was nice but crowded since it's also a country club.

The hotel is located outside Jerusalem in Ramat Rachel kibutz. It's great as on one hand the atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet but on the other hand the city is so close. Around 15 mins drive to the old town and city center.
We stayed in a superior room which was quite spacious for the 5 of us. Felt clean.
In the room there is a small coffee corner and a mini bar. Also there is pretty big cupboard for the clothes. The view from the room was absolutely amazing (we could see the Herodium).
Breakfast was good on Friday and less good on Saturday due to Shabat restrictions.
The staff was really nice and it felt that they know personally every guest in the hotel. They approached many times to make sure that everything is ok.
The pools nearby are also very attractive although we went on a cool day so didn't stay long.
What we didn't like was the beds. Matress of the double bed was too soft and I woke up with a back ake so the next day I slept on the couch. Also the pillows were too big for us.
Covid-19 wise I think they can improve. There are many signs about the regulations and many places where you can use alcohgel to clean hands but many guests didn't use face masks and I didn't see anyone telling them to do so. Even the staff was not always with mask on.
All in all, we had a very good time in the hotel and would strongly consider returning the next time we visit Jerusalem.

I went there for dinner only. I don’t know about staying there but The interior of the lobby all the way to the restaurant is updated and clean. Very nice.
Am not sure because we went there for lunch during our tour of the holy land
A public bus leaves every 20 minutes from the hotel to various destinations in town.
The price is about $2 per ticket in town.
You can see the information on the hotel web site.
Yes. Hair dryers in rooms and irons available to use in the hotel.
It is a kosher facility-breakfasts are plentiful and good (even without the meat). I am observant but do believe the pool is still open on Saturday as are any other facilities. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great location- highly recommend.
