The place was good. I think it was overlooking the sea of Galilee. The room and bathroom given to us was nice. The selection of food available there was very tasty. We were even happy about the TV channels available, as it internationally available to us. The place was very comfortable for all of us.

Hotel room large and clean, all we needed for wonderful 5 night stay on tour. Excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners. Situated in great central location. Staff was very accommodating, efficient and helpful. Great stay overall!

It was nice. Not much more. Room was large and accommodating, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was so so. It was a Saturday so 2 out of 3 elevators were in shabbat mode - meaning they stop on each and every floor... Jerusalem itself is great, but when I return I'd pick a different hotel. Too expensive for what we got.

Enjoyed a lovely holiday weekend with my husband. Room was very nice; water pressure in shower was great! Food was excellent and plentiful! They've really improved! We were there with a group and everything went smoothly.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance to the Old City. You are located in the western, quieter part of the city. There are restaurants below or you can just go for a 10 minute walk to the western city center for more options.

Our first time in Jerusalem. The hotel is old but in good condition. We were traveling with kids so we got one room with 3 double beds which worked out great. The size was pretty good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast Buffett was great too. I would stay here again

I stayed in this hotel as part of a group. There were quite a few of us in twin rooms. The rooms all seemed to be slightly different. If you can get a corner room they seemed more spacious. The rooms are fine - not luxurious by any stretch but okay. The hotel is well located - about 15-20 minutes... More

Stayed 5 nights. Good size rooms. Beds showing the age. Plumbing need care. Loby is nice and big. Piano guy is good. Bar timing is whenever. Food looked good on day one, then you realize the same is recycled till over (at least gives that impression ). Location is very good and price is fair

The location of this hotel is excellent as was the dining & choice of food. However there were no bar fridges & apparently no quality control in servicing the rooms. We were 17 adults & 12 young children celebrating our Passover & were given a separate room & Waiter. The food was great & the waiter excellent. The choice of... More

We spent 4 nights here while touring Jerusalem and, for the price, it was just fine. The room was adequate and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty much what you get at every mid-level hotel in Israel. The location was good for us, but only because we like to walk. It's about 15 minutes... More
