When we walked into our room, I started humming "I think I'm gonna like it here" from Annie. It was a mini-suite-- I don't know the actual room category because it was booked as part of a group. It was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the L'Occitane products too. The serenity of breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the...

Our stay for 9 nights was made very enjoyable by the fantastic staff at the hotel, from Tzachi, Evyatar and the team at the Concierge desk, to Garo at reception, to Reuven the sous-chef, to Said the best waiter ever, to Yvgeny at the breakfast egg station. Attention to detail was their forte and they were always willing to go...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, mostly during the week. Excellent breakfast, with an excellent staff, including Said, who always took extra care to bring me my own pot of coffee, since he knew I drank a lot of it! If you are able to enjoy the Executive Lounge, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and there...

We initial chose the David Citadel due to: i) its proximity to the Old City and; ii) it had a swimming pool. Arriving in Jerusalem to 8 degrees and rain the latter fact was instantly less important. Our room however was perfect for our family - two adults and two kids (10 and 12) and was at the end of...
