The hotel is located in few minutes walking distance from Jerusalem new city and famous Nahalat Benyamin market. All tours included in tour package with Compass was perfect. The pickups were from hotel lobby always...

We stayed here (as many others seem to do) as part of a Tourist Israel trip. On arrival I was desperate to watch the 2nd half of the Real Madrid v Barcelona game. There was nowhere to watch it in the hotel but the guy in reception very helpfully gave me a link on my iPad to watch it in...

The hotel was part of a tourist package and I was not able to select the hotel. The light rail stop is very close to the hotel. A 20 minute walk to the old city. Good night's sleep. However there is no laundry service at the hotel that would have been nice to have. I must commend the staff that...

They obviously don't realize that their attitude leaves a bad impression of the establishment and isn't good for business. The guy who sits out front (don't...

This hotel was average through and through. The decor was dated, but that's not really what you're there for. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of outlets. Felt safe. Good location. Certainly not the lap of luxury, but also not squalor. Just stay for a night or two if you're on a budget and away from the room most of the time....

I was staying in Jerusalem with a group of about 30 people, and there were lots of other groups there. If the hotel is going to accept hundreds of people from tour groups all coming in at once, then they should learn to deal with it a bit better. It was chaos for people already staying there. The hotel rooms...

If you are just looking for place to spend a night or two with a clean bed, this may be for you. The decor is badly in need of updating. I was with a large group and had to move all of my own luggage up to the room. Service is not their forte. My husband and I needed to...
