This was my first stay at the King David. I hope to come back again and again. The most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. Great breakfasts. Great lattes! Super quiet rooms. Understated elegance. Feels smaller and welcoming which I liked. Located 5 minutes from a beautiful mall Mamilla. Great location. Highly recommended!!!

Definitely worth staying here, the rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was amazing. I'd recommend ordering the soups. It close enough to the Old City to walk. Stayed here in November with my mom, and we both loved the property.

My husband and I took an epic journey to Israel, Jordan and Egypt in December 2014. The King David is truly a special and spectacular hotel. We booked with our amex platinum and were upgraded to a suite. Once of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever had. The only thing that I had a bit of an issue...

The King David has a great location and a storied history, with beautiful common areas, large rooms, and a great view IF you're on a high floor. However, we were disappointed by the worn appearance of the property. The rooms need refurbishment, the mattresses are uncomfortably hard, and the fiber-fill duvet had been improperly washed and alternated between hard clumps...

Our family of 9 - wife, three daughters (10-17), four grandparents and myself - stayed at the King David for seven nights overlapping Hanukkah for my middle daughter's BM at Robinson's Arch at the Kotel. The whole experience between the splendid hotel and Old City hosting the BM was greater then we ever imagined. The hotel itself, from its decor...

I have to admit the King David is my property of choice in Jerusalem and I have stayed at just about every 5 star in the city. The hotel out did itself yet again in the area of customer service which is often not the case in Israeli hotels. I had a deluxe suite on the fourth floor with a...

For the room service we were given a time estimate that we will get our food in an hour. The manager called 10 minutes before our expected meal and delayed our food by another 30 minutes. We are still waiting.... Otherwise the hotel is well located and comfortable.

We booked our stay at the King David Hotel through American Express Platinum Travel Services. We had requested a high floor, Old City view. When we arrived we were upgraded to a magnificent corner suite and treated like royalty throughout our visit. The room was very quiet and large. There was plenty of free, bottled water. The view of the...

You will like this hotel if you like 40's/50's quality. I would have given it 4.5 rating if that was available. We spent 4 days, real wood, marble, quality and excellent service. Presidents and movie stars have stayed there over the years. Several peace treaties have been negotiated there. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Fantastic choices...

Our 4 day stay in Jerusalem couldn't have been better. The King David room, meals and service were perfect and the old world beauty and history of the hotel a great bonus. The staff made sure every moment of our time was enjoyable!
