I was here just because my family had me come to do a weekend with them. Two issues with the service- 1. I asked few time for fresh towels- the answer was- sure, just wait and we will bring them... I'm waiting until now. 2. I cleaned the toilet and then I saw that the brush is full of ......

Our first impression of the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was 'WOW!' We weren't expecting such a nice place because we were with a tour, and had booked Tourist Class. The room was very nice - clean, comfortable bed, a wardrobe to hang clothes and shelves as well, plenty of water pressure and hot water. The bathroom was small, but no smaller...

I stayed here with my brother in a twin room for 3 days last week. I chose the hotel for its very good location, however was really disappointed by the service. It took 2 days of badgering to get the bulb replaced in our room, and fresh batteries put into the TV remote which did not work properly. The beds...

Upon check-in I knew that I was at the right place - the desk agents were attentive and most helpful with all my questions, giving me important information to enhance my experiences while being a guest there. The lobby was very inviting and provided a location to meet very nice travelers from all over the world. The dining room was...

This was my first time to Israel and all of the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Dan Athlan, front desk manager, was specifically attentive to all our needs. The food and beverage manager also kept "an eye out" to be sure we were being well taken care of. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel very confortable! The...

A very good first impression. The reception area was warm and inviting. Front staff were efficient. Rooms were clean and meals were average to good. Dinning room staff were courteous. Very convenient location with lower level shops. Strongly recommend to keep all luggage and travels bags off carpeted floors in rooms.

I was part of a large group of Jehovah's Witnesses touring Israel on a bible lands tour with betheltours.org - its my third tour there - the Gate was 'good enough' all round, mostly because of the location close to bus, taxi, tram but also because on its basement level there is a very comprehensive shopping mall with free wifi...

We stayed here as part of our tour for 5 nights. The hotel was clean, and the buffet was great. The also have shops downstairs to purchase other food and to go shopping. We had a minor problem with our room key not working. They replaced the card right away. There were computers in the lobby for your use. The...
