This hotel does not serve food. However, there is a refrigerator in every room plus a microwave and ample cutlery and plates for those who want a hot snack, they can buy produce locally and eat in the room. They will also provide other utensils upon request.

We booked a deluxe studio and while it was spacious, the bathroom was tiny. No space to change in. The shower slider was broken and there was nowhere to place soap or shampoo. When we complained, they told us they were full and couldn’t change rooms. We asked twice more and event

This hotel is perfectly located, near the old city (only a few minutes walk). The hotel is a bit old and it's on a busy street, so maybe not ideal if you're a light sleeper, but overall it was a good room and very cheap. The rooms are basic and clean.

As far as hotels in the city centre goes, this is one the best. The rooms was large, the reception friendly and very helpful and you are right in the middle of everything. Initially it takes a while to get use to the traffic but being out of the room most of the day, it did not b

Hi, please can somebody help me with my situation. My flight is at 7:00am on Saturday, I need to be at the airport (Ben Gurion Tel Aviv) at 4:00am. My two options is to catch a shuttle or to rent a car. Questions are: 1. How much is the airport shuttle offered by the City Centre Hotel to the airport and is this available at 3:00am on Saturday? 2. How much is parking near the hotel for overnight, I need a parking lot that is open 24/7 so I can collect the car at 3:00am on Saturday. Thank you very much your help will be greatly appreciated and will leave me less stressed. Thanks!
I was very happy I did not rent a car for my visit to Jerusalem. I stayed in the Downtown Triangle, and easily walked to the Old City, downtown, and the big market. I don't even remember seeing parking lots within or near the Old City. I took the metro/train to the museums, and walked. Yes, the hotel will arrange a taxi, the Nesher taxi's run on Saturdays, even though it is a holy day. It was 75 shekels from hotel to airport.

In the photos I see some kitchenettes have cooktops/stoves and other only microwaves and a kettle. Do the Superior Studios all have cooktops/stoves? I bring my own coffee pot and like to have a stovetop. Thank you
I believe that they all have microwaves and an electric heating plate you can cook on.

I will stay in the hotel for a week in mid March. I want to know can I leave the luggage in the hotel a couple hours after check out? Does anyone knows? Because the flight I will take is leaving at late evening hour, I will have a whole afternoon in Jerusalem before I head to the airport. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thank you.
Yes the front desk is very accommodating! we checked out of our rooms early in the morning at 6:00am but wanted to drive to Dead sea for the day. They allowed us to hold our luggage till 6pm. Also 2 people in our party stayed back and allowed to wait in the hospitality room for a few hours. it is upstairs with WiFi, TV and refreshments!😁✡Love this property 😍
