We stayed here for 4 days last month and the location is great for sightseeing - just a few blocks from the light rail. The downside was that each time we returned to the hotel to collect our room key, the receptionist could not find our key. I could understand it occurring once, but, really, 3 times is a bit...

The location of the hotel is not easy to find especially when it is dark or night time. The hotel entrance or reception is squished into other establishments and there's no big sign to help you. I took the sherut from the airport and got to Jerusalem around 11pm. I circled the area where I know the hotel should be...

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The room was very spacious and filled with amenities! The front desk clerk was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked while went out. Warning if you are driving the parking lot is not on the property so have to walk a bit. Also the lot is...

The staff in this small hotel are so welcoming, happy and helpful - they really appear to love their work. Our room was spotlessly clean - a great size, as was the bathroom. The only downside was the lukewarm water and worn towels - a small point! This small hotel is so close to the tram and is perfectly located....

Discreet small hotel on the West side of Jerusalem. Hard to fine the entrance, but is between a small Men's store and a small market/restaurant. There is no place for a taxi or auto to unload passengers safely as the street has posts right next to the curb with no parking allowed. Our guide made a quick stop, unloaded all...

If you are looking for a fancy entrance and foyer, this hotel is not for you. Rooms and bathroom are modern, spacious and spotless. Towels changed daily. Bed very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to Jaffa Gate and a block away from Ben Jehuda with all its restaurants

We had a very pleasant room with an ensuite bathroom which even had a jacuzi. It was right in the city centre with trams and buses minutes away. Restaurants, cafes and shops were all around the hotel and the staff were very helpful.

We spent two nights at this establishment. Good location, terrible hotel. We were put in the annex. Bathroom sink did not drain. Safe did not work. The furniture, such as it was, had stains. Need I say more.

Located 2 blocks from Jaffa Street, where there are many shops and restaurants and the train system. You can ride the train to get to the hotel. Rooms are very simple, but clean. Most motels in this country do not have carpet, for example. Stayed with several friends at this hotel. A clerk named Chagai is a goldmine for the...

I stayed 3 days with some friends and I left a bottle of excellent wine " Marqués de Riscal" in the room wrapped in plastic bag. It dissapeared and we couldnt get it. The rooms clean but we were in different buildings. The receptions employes completely differents. Ones like Lidia very professional and kind . Others unpleasant. The price was...
