Detailed Reviews
I think I stayed here many years ago when it was a youth hostel. Since then, it has become a beautiful hotel. The reception was warm and friendly. We had a coffee and cake in the lobby bar. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Beds, chairs, shower etc - all excellent. As this hotel is not in the centre of Jerusalem, there is ample free parking and the price is more reasonable.

Wonderful, pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with a vast selection of freshly prepared salads and dishes. Shabat dinner buffet was decadent and tasty. Rooms were immaculately cleaned and stocked well with ample towels. Shower gel was provided in the room but no other toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion so make sure you bring your own which I do anyways.

We were there for a conference. The hotel is away from the city center and getting in was confusing since the entrance is gated and the guard was sitting on the exit side. Once the guard let us in, parking was easy, the elevators are spread out through the hotel with minimal wait time. Also the front desk is on an upper floor. But the room was very nice, a good size for an Israeli hotel. The beds were very comfortable and not low to the ground. Very nice modern decor, good lighting, very modern bathroom, with good size rain shower, plenty of hot water. The hotel decor is attractive, conference rooms and dining room also first class. We loved the food. Plentiful buffets with lots of salad choices at each meal, great sides, choice of main course so even someone who is gluten intolerant and/ or vegetarian can fully enjoy the meals. We plan to return and even gift a night at the hotel as an anniversary gift to a special couple.

We used saunas (which are average at best) and were charged almost twice the amount they were supposed to cost. Upon checkout, a receptionist completely ignored our claims saying that neither the manager, nor the spa employee are there yet. She didn't know where the charges came from and just brushed off our concerns. After all that, she then just charged our card the full amount. I tried contacting the hotel afterwards but didn't get a reply. I didn't sign the bill and got a refund from my credit card company but the situation has been so embarrassing I would definitely choose another hotel in the area.
Other than that, the location isn't great far from everywhere and with lots of traffic around. Rooms are nothing special either. Breakfast was really good but than again food in Israel is great everywhere.

Stayed one night as a family of 5 across two rooms. Hotel was clean and modern with a fantastic pool (especially for Jerusalem). Breakfast was great considering the overall cost, which was much more reasonable than other similar hotels. Just bear in mind that the hotel is way out from the city centre so you really need a car to make the most of your stay if you're staying for a while as there's nothing really to do in the evening on site and there's nothing within walking distance. All the staff were polite and accommodating.

First off. We had a greate time overall at this hotel and Israel is a wonderful country to visit.
We choosed this hotel beacuse of its remote and peaceful setting on the outskirts of the city away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. While the noise from outside of the hotel is very limited the noise from the inside of the hotel is very obveious. The walls are thin and the doors to the rooms are letting all the sounds from the corriodors in. I heard people talking on their phone, talking, running in corridors etc in the middle of the night. A very large number of familys with small children stay att this hotel from time to time. Playing, play boardgames in the bar, running, screaming in the public areas (including the bar) and litteraly hanging from the bardesk in the hotell-bar. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in MANY hotels and never seen anything like this.
With that sad. The hotel is rather ok, the staff is polite, and we had a greate time as a whole. If you are going to Jerusalem this hotel might be worth to be considered but only if you are not a light sleeper.

We've stayed at the Yehuda Hotel multiple times and it is consistently great! There is very little to criticize about this place. Everything you want is right at hand. the staff is tremendous and we've built a personal relationship with Bruce Leinwand the Guest Relations Manager. Bruce makes things happen! The dining-room is exquisite and the rest of the facility can handle almost anything imaginable. Our last stay was in February of 2020 and there was a gala dinner held the last night of our conference. They served us so well with the best of everything. Anytime we think of staying in Jerusalem, the Yehuda is at the front of our plan!

The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I can't give it more stars. Not because of the quality , which is very high: elegant, clean, well organised, affordable, but because of the staff; because of the people who work here. They are wonderful: helpful, always ready to help, always thinking about what you might need and doing it before you ask.
Wonderful people, thank you for everything.
I'll - for sure - come again.

A special hotel, a large pool, a beautiful and well-kept place
We ate at the hotel's restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious, a 7-minute drive from Malcha Mall, a 15-minute drive to the Western Wall.
I have to give a thumbs up to the staff, the service was simply excellent, me and the kids really enjoyed ourselves and I'm sure we'll be back 🙏🏻
