Great location near old city and trendy mamilla. Well appointed rooms with all the amenities. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated and honours the history of it's previous life. The food is also very delicious.

The title about sums it up. As a Hilton diamond member I expected more. To be fair we did receive a great room rate so there was a fair amount of hesitation in upgrading us given what we were paying but in the end they did give us an upgrade to a grand deluxe room. can't imagine the disappointment one...

I had my reservations of this hotel. It is very pricy and not so far from it stands the benchmark of the King David hotel so the aim is high. I am happy to say that many of these reservations were found unjust. The check-in was quick and easy. and we recevied a very nice room on the 4th floor...

The Hotel is lovely, very clean, staff very nice. We were two of four people that were not Hasidic. If I had known that this hotel had an almost completely religious customer base I would not have chosen to stay there. There were many laws that we were not familiar with. Could only have coffee on one side of the...

It's a rare experience to have a hotel stay in a room larger than many condos in various countries, but the ten-rooms of the president's suite at the Waldorf is such a place! We had booked a rather nice room at the hotel, celebrating my wife's first visit to Jerusalem (I had lived there in the 70s with many subsequent...

Everything was beautiful and service made you feel like a queen especially if it's your birthday. I felt pampered as soon as I entered my room! Loved the free standing tub. Everything was luxurious and the food and room service was amazing I was sad to leave to my next destination.

I was visiting my two sisters who live in Israel and the 3 of us were celebrating milestone birthdays. We chose to eat lunch at the Waldorf/Jerusalem because of its elegance, beauty and grandness. We looked over the menu and one sister, who is allergic to nuts, checked the menu carefully noting which menu items listed nuts. She ordered the...
