I have stayed at all the top hotels in Jerusalem and the Waldorf is far and away the best if them all. In terms of beauty, the lobby, guestrooms and breakfast is second to none. The staff throughput the hotel is wonderful. I continue to love this place. While the other great hotels (King David and the David Citadel) all...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This property really is stunning, and probably the most beutiful hotel in Israel. Attention to detail is fantastic, both in the public areas as well as the rooms, a real treat to the eyes :-) We had a couple of issue at check in, and while these things do happen, it is how the hotel deal with it which counts,...

Beautiful building, large, comfortable and well furnished bedrooms. Great location, just minutes from the Old City. Friendly and attentive service. Only disappointment was dinner in the Palace restaurant. We had expected a gourmet experience and it was just ordinary. We will return however for another stay.

The Waldorf Astoria is a great property. It fits in beautifully to its historic surroundings, but rooms are ultra modern with all of the expected electronics. Everything from lights to heating is controlled by push button. In spite of its opulent design, it was relaxed and welcoming. Mosaic tiles permeated the first floor and added a degree of sophistication. But,...

I stayed here six nights during the week of the Jerusalem Marathon as I was there for the half marathon. It was sad to leave. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and great electronics for the lights including the option of clicking "do not disturb" at the bedside. The bathroom was so nice. Shower had a rainfall shower...

Everything about the Waldorf in Jerusalem is top of the line. The service from when you drive up and the doorman remembers your name from the last time you visited! At check in the staff makes you feel that they were waiting for your arrival! My personal concierge Natalie and the front office manager and assistant managers, Ameer Abu Arafeh,...

Tomorrow our stay in this hotel comes to an end, so sad to say good bye to the lovely room and the helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was outstanding and every morning Karina gave us Her friendly smile and first class service. The reason I didn't give this hotel a five star rating is the lack of replenishing shampoo,...
