Good quiet location near to several bus lines. We still don't know why, but every taxi driver knows the place and it's always maximum 40 NIS for a ride to the city center. There's also a supermarket close by. Perfect place to make some new friends!

My two sons stayed here for a weekend. The room had two small beds with very little room to walk and a tiny bathroom. Everything was clean, the mattresses thin. This is a good place for young people that are not looking for frills.

The people who work here will warm your heart. They living quarters are a little tight but it's hard to imagine one would expect much more from a hostel for a very reasonable price that includes breakfast. Whatever the lodging lacks with regards to the size the staff are so cool and will make you feel like family. And another...

We stayed for an extended period, and were overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of the staff, the convenience of the location, and the quaintness of the Talpiot neighborhood. The full kitchen and laundry room allowed our group to keep a reasonable budget for the trip. If I return to Jerusalem in the future, I will undoubtedly be calling Beit...

I stayed at BBY from January-March of 2016. All of the facilities were clean and well kept. The balconies make for fun seating areas with friends. The staff is the highlight. Haran, Azmi, and the rest are super friendly. They warmed up a guesthouse to feel like home after a long day of touring in Jerusalem. It is close enough...

The location of Beit Ben Yehuda was one of the biggest pros about living here for three months. It was only a 30 minute walk to the Old City and about a quarter mile away was a beautiful overlook of the city called the Promenade. The service is also excellent, as the staff were more than willing to help whenever...

Very clean, super comfortable, VERY hospitable and friendly. Staff is always ready and willing to help whenever they are needed. Its about a 15 minute walk from the Old City of Jerusalem, and near many markets to get snacks and meals, and bus stops to take you all around Jerusalem. I loved my time at Beit Ben Yehuda, I will...

I studied in Israel for three months in the beginning of 2016. Many people were urging me not to take this trip because of the current situation in the Middle East, however, I had been told that Israel was safe for tourists and decided to go while I had the chance. I do not regret that choice, and I not...

I was apart of a three month study abroad trip to Israel, and we stayed at Beit Ben Yehuda for the entirety of our time there. We had a great experience! The location of Beit Ben Yehuda is great. The hostel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with access to the bus stop and shops. Not only were the...
