The hotel is very well located, between the new town and the old city, walking distance from the main touristic places, The hotel design is special and unique - modern with a touch of minimalism and some Japanese style. organized efficiently with consideration of the location, blends into the area. But, rooms are dark and unpleasant to stay. The pool...

In the city that have existed thousands of years, there is a great hotel, that looks as if was here the whole time. The service level is the highest that I've experinesed in Israel, the rooms are amazing, with a glass shower that has a variable transparency level.... Location wise is also amazing, five walking minutes from the old city....

This is a relatively new hotel near the famous King David Hotel. As opposed to the King David, the Mamilla hotel is contemporary. It has a great roof deck with beautiful views of Jerusalem and is right next to the Mamilla outdoor mall where you can find many outdoor cafés and restaurants.

I must admit to being very disappointed with the hotel. Yes it is luxurious, yes it is perfectly situated for visits to the Old City high lights and attractions, yes it had a wonderful shopping mall, yes..,, etc.etc. The staff are great. The lady at reception when we checked in could not be more helpful. However, the corridors in the...

The Mamilla is known to be one of the newest luxury boutique hotels in Jerusalem and we were very much looking forward to our one night stay. How sad and disappointing. In truth, I wish I had read the other reviews before I booked. There is little point in my repeating the issues raised in the other reviews posted over...

First, the Good: A great location near the old city wall and the hotel is in the Mamilla Mall an attractive contemporary mostly outdoor shopping mall with attendant low end brand name shops, jewellery shops and cafes- great place for a late night stroll or a midday lunch. A five year old property, well maintained and with a beautiful contemporary...

One of the best locations in Jerusalem, with great rooms, restaurant options and world class spa and great indoor pool (almost Zen-like experience). By contrast, Mamilla personal went out of...
