I really enjoyed my stay at the Jerusalem hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hallways were clean and neat, they do a great job of keeping the place tidy. It also has a very good location, right across the street from the Jaffa market, as well as a short walk to Jaffa gate and the...

What I appreciated the most is probably the perfect location. You can reach all the main attractions by walking and also enjoying a cosy atmospehere in a really well kept hostel. Moreovere the price is really good for being in a such good position.

An easy stroll to the old city, and smack center of the best in Jerusalem nightlife! Located on Zion Square, we heard music the first night (Saturday) and walked out to join an astonishing collective of people - all ages/races/religions joining in a shabbat feast (free!) of food, wine and music. The hotel is fine, staff super friendly and helpful....

This hostel has everything you're looking for when you're young and travelling by yourself : the price for a bed in a dorm is very low (some of the dorms are exclusively for women), the lounge is comfy and has air conditioned, and there is a terrace on the rooftop (perfect place to have a beer after a hot day)....

We did a last minute booking for 2 private rooms. The price was great and the location amazing. This is exactly what I imagine when I think of a Hostel and the staff were great. Food around the area is good and reasonably priced. It is a quick 5-10 minute walk to the Old City or you can take the...

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Nothing better than sitting on your private balcony watching the activities of Jaffa Square unfold in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and ample. A great place to hang your hat when in Jerusalem. Bonus-so close to the Old City!!

once you go inside the Jerusalem Hostel you immediately are absorbed to another era when things were simpler, more naive and easy going. The building, decoration, people you meet and the general mode are taken from purer times as if you plunged back to the 1970's Jerusalem. Still - the location is probably the best you can imagine in the...

I loved staying in the hostel! I was there about a month and the people felt like family, the volunteers, everyone. The hostel was a beautiful building and a beautiful location, I enjoyed sitting on the roof, on the balconies and sitting in the kitchen talking with everyone. It was amazing and the place I will be staying at each...

This time I was travelling alone and slept in an 8-bed female dorm. I have stayed at the Jerusalem hostel before with my family (two adults and 5 children) and that stay was also very convenient (in two private rooms). The hostel serves a simple Israeli breakfast included in the (very good) price, and also offers the use of the...

The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, & both the public den, kitchen, and rooftop view are cosey hubs of conversation and relaxation. The rooms can become a bit hot, especially if in a crowded room, but even this is canceled out by the comfortable beds, pillows, and carpeting. I would recommend this place...
