We stayed at the Harmony on a Friday night. Service was great! The concierge was very friendly on the phone. Upon arrival, a staff member showed us directly to our parking spot. Check-in took a matter of minutes and our luggage was watched until the room was ready (the luggage waited for us in our room to save us a...

Located a 10 minute walk from Jaffa Gate in a quiet part of the city, Harmony is a solid four star place. Friendly service on the front desk, a great common area for complimentary snacks and drinks of an evening and a decent complimentary breakfast combine for a good experience. Not cheap, but not foolishly priced. Rooms are not spacious,...

I wanted to spend my 80th birthday in Jerusalem, and the travel agent suggested the Harmony Hotel. I couldn't have been more pleased with her recommendation. The room, though small, was adequate, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, as is usual in Israel, was very good with a lot to choose from. The staff was very helpful when we...

The people at the Harmony want your stay to be enjoyable, they made reservation for dinner and arranged for taxis if needed. The breakfast is excellent including fresh OJ. Bed is very comfortable. We stayed here for a family trip, 4 rooms. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds; a quiet night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was very good, a real plus. Just one problem with a smell on our floor. Otherwise excellent.

Just got back and I must say the Harmony is very close to perfect. Right off there is the great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast ( I know it's cliche ) was great ( yes a bit smaller then the larger hotels but this is a small hotel), when I asked for an apple (...

Just stayed one night but was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The room was charming and brilliantly decorated. Fabulous shops and restaurants were just steps away. A great oasis!

The location, as many have already said, was perfect. It was perfect due to its proximity to the Old City (Jaffa Gate) as well as being a perfect location for "after-touring" activities. Right near Jaffa Street and close to the start of Ben Yehuda, it was a wonderful area to find food at every price level as well as a...

Perfect location to visit Jerusalem by foot. Friendly staff, helpful "Tea time" with a few cakes and complementary drinks, a great opportunity to talk to other guests and share advice. Very decent breakfast, offering extensive choices of savoury and sweet dishes. Room surface too small though, and so are the bathrooms
