I'm a tour guide and I stay here quite often with groups. besides the great location, happy hour and the nice atmosphere at the hotel, I really appreciate the staff. Front desk, especially Tamar and Tal, went out of their way to help me with everything I needed: from printing documents to solving problems for my guests, and everything with...

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. The customer service was fantastic thanks to the wonderful manager and her staff. It seemed like we were on the go quite a bit, but the Harmony staff helped us decompress. One suggestion is to change up the breakfasts a bit and fill it up a bit faster after it's been empty.

This is a hotel very well located and with parking! Service in reception are very helpful but the service at the bar ( for happy hour and breakfast ) are not at the same level of professionalism. The looby is nice and the breakfast very good. However the rooms need some renovation. All in all if you want to spend...

I always stay at the Harmony hotel (or the Arthur -- another Atlas hotel) when I am visiting Jerusalem. It is everything that a boutique hotel should be. First a friendly staff that will bend over backwards to help you have a great holiday in Jerusalem. Second, all the extras included at no cost: internet, parking, wine/snacks in the afternoon,...

This was the second Atlas hotel we stayed in during our trip in January 2017. We stayed at the Harmony (my husband and 11-month-old and I) for about 5 days. The location was good (we didn't want to be in the Old City) and the breakfasts were tasty. But what really makes this hotel special is the service. The staff...

We had a recent opportunity to visit Jerusalem (our son ran half a Marathon in the Jerusalem Marathon), so we naturally spent the night at the Harmony hotel... a long time favorite... We were impressed to see the hotel expanded into the ground floor, having a spacious lobby now. Since there were the 3 of use, we took the suite...

Located near the popular Jewish-themed shops and restaurants of Ben Yehuda Street, this was my group's first stop on my most recent Israel trip. We were upgraded to a very large room that was a panacea for jet lag. Very obliging staff. Small but good breakfast. Happy hour! Would stay here again.

I met my Mother and brother in Israel. Stayed at the Harmony for a fabulous 3 nights. Wish we could stay forever. The entire staff couldn't be nicer. Say hello to Ayala the manager for me. Best location in the city. The happy hour at 5:00 is just what we needed after a long day. Fantastic Jewelry next door. Ask...

Everything about the stay at the Harmony was excellent. The staff was at our beck and call. One of the attendants at breakfast doesn't know how to walk. She runs to attend to all. And does it pleasantly. The lovely lobby was our living room where we entertained my many guests. My adult grandchildren rose in the morning exploring the...

My elderly and mobility challenged parents, my 60 something sister and her two adult kids spent 8 days at the Harmony and loved it. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and quick to accommodate special requests. The hotel is small enough to give personalized service and the staff went out of its way to anticipate our needs. This is a great...
